List of Financial Resources with Certificates
Mandating satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value) as a prime contractor in similar nature of single work value not less than 50% (Rs102.96 lakhs) of the tender value. Similar nature of work means the contractor should have completed (at least 90% of the contract value). The intending bidder should submit completion certificate / work done certificate along with the contract certificate copies related to the work certified by the Engineer not less than the rank of Executive Engineer. (Updated to the FY in which the tenders are invited. The value of the completed works shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tenders are invited)
Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction) AS PER KW4 BID DOCUMENT
Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx) AS PER KW4 BID DOCUMENT
Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.61.77Lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. (usually the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for three months in the peak construction period)
Achieved a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 411.84Lakhs in at least two financial years. The tenderer should submit VAT/GST certificates to confirm the Annual turnover. The certificate should be duly certified by the Chartered Accountant in the turnover format. (Updated to the FY in which the tenders are invited. The value of the completed works shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tenders are invited)
