M&L precast cement concrete block masonry with PCC solid blocks in 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates, exc. 10cm in width and set in CM 1:4 including dismantling old brick masonary complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in two layers of 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick floating coat in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound on all external wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement. (Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as in Ceiling Surface, soffits of slab/chhajas in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound on all external chhajas finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed .(Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately)
