M&L for 10 mm thick polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster on the wall surfaces including scaffolding as required finishing surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed Make: Easy Plast from M/s wall plast or chemplast or readyplast from Ultratech” Note: (i) The thickness of plaster specified above is the minimum thickness and the quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for provision of dubbing of the surfaces with ready mix plaster and nothing extra shall be payable on this account. (ii) This item shall be operated only for the locations where the thickness of existing adjoining plaster is to be matched

M&L for 8 mm thick polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster on surfaces of ceiling including scraping down existing plaster and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement, includign scaffolding as required complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Easy plast from M/s wall plast or chemplast or Readiplast from ultratech. Note: The thickness of plaster specified above is the minimum thickness and the quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for provision of dubbing of the surfaces with the ready mix plaster and nothing extra shall be payable on this account.

M&L for 20mm thick polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster in two layers (12 + 8 mm) on the wall surfaces, top layer of 8 mm mixed with liquid water proofing compound in the proportion as per manufacturer’s instructions and including finishing the surfaces of the top layer even and smooth, including scaffolding as required complete all as specified and directed, Make : Easy plast from M/s wall plast or chemplast or Readiplast from ultratech. Notes : (i) The thickness of plaster specified above is the minimum thickness and the quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for provision of dubbing of the surfaces with the ready mix plaster and nothing extra shall be payable on this account. (ii) WPC shall be paid for separately.

Chipping, removing carefully loose/damaged concrete incl plastering (total thickness upto 60mm ) from RCC surfaces of columns, beams,Chajas, soffits of slabs etc by low impact Hammer/Breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning the surfaces with wire brush etc and disposal of debris out side MOD land, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Hard concrete shall not be removed by force. (upto 15.0m height of bldg or 5 storey bldg)

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make. "Feovert" of "Krishna Conchem" OR "Roff Rust Cleaner' of 'Pidilite' OR 'Shali Rustoff' of 'STP Ltd', on rebars with time interval of 1 hour between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. [Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area covered between the end to end reinforcement bars (i.e., concrete area excluding all side covers) will be measured.]

M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using IPNET-RB of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area covered between the end to end reinforcement bars (i.e., concrete area excluding all side covers) will be measured.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members by using polymer modified mortar from M/s. Krishna Conchem (Molith-PMM) OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr Fixit, upto 20mm thickness while the bonding agent is still tacking, including levelling, profiling etc, complete all as specified and directed. (upto 12.0m height of bldg or 5 storey bldg)

M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit OR equivalent of M/s. Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for casting & repairing of excessively damaged distressed RCC members (exceeding 60mm in thickness) with prebatched, prepacked, single component ready to use microconcrete from Fosroc (Renderoc RG) or equivalent of Dr. Fixit as approved by GE, at any level/ height and at any lead or lift as directed including prefabricated water tight formwork, centering, scaffolding, also including mixing , laying, levelling, finishing, curing etc as per manufacturer's specifications and all other relevant works, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement only shall be measured and paid separately).

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with roller finish over one coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with roller finish including preparatory to distemper surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for leakage / seepage proof coating consisting of preparing the new and Old surfaces of existing exterior walls, parapet walls, chajjas, soffit of beams, columns etc. and applying Primeseal primer of M/s Dr Fixit or equivalent chemical of M/s STP Ltd as approved by the GE or one coat of Chemstic PDE 600 elastomeric coating (and allowing to dry for 8hrs) under torch dry condition and subsequently applying two coats of water proofing decorative elastomeric coating system Raincoat of M/s Dr Fixit with DFT 100microns or Shalicryl 215 of M/s STP Ltd or Chemstic PDE 600 elastomeric coating (the surfaces after painting one coat shall be allowed to dry for 6 to 8hours before application of next coat) including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as per manufacturer instructions and all as specified & directed. Notes (i) The aforesaid treatment shall be got executed by the contractor from the authorised applicator of the manufacturer(s) and also necessary authenticated documents on account of above shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE. (ii) Painting shall be carried out in camouflage pattern as aprroved by the GE.

S&F in repair mild steel Framed work such as grills, gratings etc, with ends of bars shouldered or rebated or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe -290 Grade -E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS 1151-1998 grade St-240 complete including dismantling all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled sections as in brackets for resting of chajjas and similar work, conforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde-E-250, quality `B') and including all relevant works, complete including dismantling all as specified and directed.

M& L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description , over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat of red oxide zinc chrome, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing plant/growth including its roots at any location/at any storey and of any description and treating the surfaces with Acid (HCL) and making good surfaces with cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC work (any location) carefully without damaging the existing structures / surfaces (including cutting of the reinforcement as required to facilitate dismantling) as in roofs, walls, Chajja etc and similar work by chiseling/wooden mallet / other suitable mechanical means and removal of debris outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : upto 5 storey height of the bldg)

M&L for providing TMT bars any dia in various structural RCC elements like columns, beams, Slabs etc. including cutting, bending, fixing of bars with welding/ tying as required at site with & including binding wires etc. and all relevant works like anchoring of the bars in the existing RCC Members, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC (M 30) (Design Mix) as in walls, beams, columns etc including necessary formwork etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm bore uPVC (SWR) soil, waste, ventilating, rain water pipe type 'A', single socketed, (ISI Marked) in any length with and including ruber ring joints, complete fixed to wall with necessary stay PVC standard clamps etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm bore uPVC(SWR) bends/ Shoes, any radius, fixed to gutter/pipes etc including rubber ring joints, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement plaster (1:3) with 10 mm thick to be finished smooth without using extra cement mixed with WPC @ 2% by weight of cement, , complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course over RCC roof/ terrace surfaces to achieve required slope, benching etc including making rounded or chamfered on edges mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as "supply only".

Taking down complete existing APP membrane and M & L for APP modified roof treatment over existing roof slab etc to be executed through approved authorised applicator of the membrane manufacturer with the following specifications complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre/ Sqm manufactured by the same manufacturer as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per litre at 25 degree centigrade on the prepared dry surface. (b) Laying APP modified water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyester fibre weight not less than 160gm/Sqcm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap. (c) Physical properties of membrane shall be as under:- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160gm /sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 650N/Sqcm and transverse not less than 450 N/Sqcm (v) Tear strength-longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250 N. (vi) Elongation : > 20% in both directions. (vii) Impermeability/water tightness at 2 Kgf/cm2. (viii) Water absorption - Not more than 1% on mass within 24 hours. (ix) Cold flexibility - Minimum (-) 20C. (x) Dimentional stability % change = Maximum 1%. (d) Over the membrane provide a finishing with solar reflective bitumen aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm as prescibed by manufacturer.

M & L for preparation of existing water proofing treatment at the top of G+4 bldg and over Projected Chajjas by providing and laying Shali Urethane BTD of STP Ltd or equivalent, Poly Urethane based for water proofing treatment using high elongation based (>500%) liquid applied elastomeric water proofing membrane with separate wearing course as per ASTM C-836, Thickness of the membrane shall be 1.5mm incl re-inforcement. After surface cleaning prime the surface with mixture of Shali Urethane BTD: water 50:50 ratio and apply @ 400gm@ Sqm. After complete drying the surface has to be dampend with coating. Subsequently apply 2 coats of Shali Urethane BTD by brush or roller on prime surface @ 1Kg/Sqm to get required thickness with non woven FG reinforcement surface complete all as per manufacturer instruction all as specified and directed.

M&L for special treatment of sunken portion of WCs and Bath room as per following stages: Stage 1 :- Demolition of WC including lime concrete and cement concrete coba etc and preparing the surfaces of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc . Stage 2:- Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 with chemical of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd Stage 3:- Applying Dr Fixit Primseal primer or STP Ltd(and allow to dry for 8 hours) under touch dry condition Stage 4:- Applying two coats of water proofing decorative elastomeric coating system of Dr Fixit Raincoats with DFT 100 Micron or shalicry 215 of STP(The surface after painting one coats shall be allowed to dry of 6 hours before next coats) all as per manufacturer instruction Stage 5:-Again rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd. Stage 6. All CI joints shall filled with mixture of cement fine sand and plaster seal of STP Ltd or Dr Fixit pidicrete URP. Stage 7:- Making holes in wall and fixing 600mm long 20mm dia GI spout for draining the surplus water if any.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar, hedding removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed .

M&L non skid coloured ceremic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, as in floors over screed bed or bedding layer of morar 15 mm in cement mortar 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Serial item No 35 here-in-above but screed bed or bedding layer of morar 10 mm in cement mortar 1:4 on walls surfaces, such as skirting, to slab etc. complete all as specified and as dircted.

M&L for coloured Non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) of approved size, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match, over and including 15mm thick cement mortar screed bed in CM 1:6 etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S& F coloured glazed ceramic tiles 350 x 250 x 7mm/450x350x7mm thick in dado/ skiting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, over and incl 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed .

Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing over and including 15mm thick cement mortar screed bed in CM 1:6 etc,complete all as specified.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations over rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brickwork or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 15mm bore bib taps cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 15mm bore stop valve cast copper alloy screwed high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both end for iron pipe or for union complete all as specified & directed
