Providing and laying in position ReadyMix Cement Concrete of M-15 grade of design mix for plain cement concrete of approved make using cement, fine and coarse aggregates of appropiate size and proportions including admixtures etc - Please refer to item no 4 of BOQ of Tender Document

Fabricating, providing and installing of solid precast cement reinforced concrete of M-45 grade with reinforcement ISI mark TMT of various grades (approximate quantity of 4500kg) and provisions of shear keys, connection loops, dowel tubes and proper lifting accessories for walls, beams, slabs, column, etc of various thickness shape and size manufactured in controlled factory environment with approved methodology in consultation and advice of Strcutical Consultant including moulds - Please refer to item no 5 of BOQ of Tender Document

Providing and fixing 25mm thick polished Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) as per direction of Bank's Engineer and Consultant. - Please refer to item no 6 of BOQ of Tender Document

Providing and applying micro fibre reinforced acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproof to roof slab - Please refer to item no 7 of BOQ of Tender Document
