Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling/ china moisac including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid ceramic tiles coloured pattern as required of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) compete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured as required pattern (dark & light shade combination) tiles in 300 x 200 x 7-8 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over with and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 18-20mm thick machine cut kota stone slab 550mmx550mm/600mmx600mm laid in floors, slabs and steps etc jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the slab including cutting, rubbuing and polishing over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. Note - Kota stone for step shall be in single piece.

ditto- all as per item No. 4 above but in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillarwith and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note - Kota stone for risers of step shall be in single piece.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), as in plinth protection/hard standing finished even & smooth complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels over 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands plinth cources, roof kerbs or mud stops, benching, coping, bed plates, parapets, water throughs and the like etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles throating etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved in plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:4) using old size bricks with and including demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 1.00 mm thick plain galvanised,mild steel sheeting, with grade of zinc coating 275 as in ridges, hips vally gutters drip and straight flashing (length and grith as fixed) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates etc but excluding framed trusses complete all as specified and directed.

S&F roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix plates (plain or chequered), channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality - A complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick & removing the surplus spoil at a distance exc. 50m & not exc. 100m incl taking down old broken RCC fencing post complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old/new painted steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth , and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repairs bib taps, cast copper alloy, chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handles, screwed down for 15 mm bore GI pipe or for brass ferrule or to GI socket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repairs 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including necessary cutting chasing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix PVC (SWR) 110mm bore bends any radius complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 mm dia steel water GI tube medium grade with all fittings and fixed with walls, ceilings or laid in floors incl taking up or down 15mm dia bore old steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 20 mm dia steel water GI tube medium grade with all fittings and fixed with walls, ceilings or laid in floors incl taking up or down 20mm dia bore old steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F insulation 22mm dia internal dia and 13mm wall thicknes for 15mm dia pipes made of elastomeric foam with closed cellular structure having low thermal conductivity suitable for temprature range of (-)40 degree celsius to (+)105 degree celsius and class-0 fire resistance water vapour permiability P Z 7000 and CFC free complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. S&F 12mm thick Gypsum board fixed in false ceiling grid made with anodized GI powder coated frame work with 605mm x 605mm size snap gird fixed with screws / staples and hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete including dismantling ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repairs squatting pan WC Orissa pattern size 630mm x 450mm white with integral foot rest including 10 ltr capacity flushing cistern with flush pipe , PVC connection 450mm long with P or S trap including provision of lime concrete bedding including breaking up existing damaged WC seat and connecting flush pipe etc making good to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repairs stop valve fancy type chromium plated (concealed) type with long shank & cup 15mm bore, cast copper alloy, screwed down with high pressure with crutch or butterfllly handles, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for brass ferrule or to GI socket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repairs wash hand basin vitreous china coloured, flat back, size 550 x 400 mm with a set of CI brackets, brass chromium plated waste fittings and PVC waste pipe 32 mm bore, including chinaware pedestal for waste pipe, connection to water tubing, PVC connection 15mm dia with brass check nuts incl CP 15mm brass centre hole mixture complete all as specified.

Supply & fix in repairs pillar taps cast copper alloy with capstan heads, chromium plated, fancy type 15mm bore screwed down high pressure with lettered Hot and Cold with long screwed shanks and fly nuts screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repairs 15mm bore brass CP sink mixer for mixing hot & cold water screwed down for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 30 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated prepared to receive glass, gauge etc. (sash bars as required) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, cut or mitred beads for screwing glass etc. Sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part - I, Section 8, Clause 8.20(b) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 35mm made shutters plain framed, panelled shutter with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm to 15mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part - I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
