Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. getting out in soft/ loose soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose soil.

Removing excavated soil material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in any type of soil (soft/ loose or hard/ dense soil) complete all as directed.

Removing excavated soil material to a distance exceeding 1.50 Km but not exceeding 5.00 Km and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Spreading and leveling in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, well ramming including watering as required.

M&L for PCC Type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete Type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate), block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete Type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate), block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thickness in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete Type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.50 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) louvers and jallies, 40mm thick (measured solid), set in cement mortar 1:4 including all mouldings but excluding frame. (Pre cast frame shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L RCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in embedded posts, walls, lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, leveling course, kerbs water troughs and the like including use of form work, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating.

M&L for high yield strength deformed TMT steel bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia and over as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L for high yield strength deformed TMT steel bars 5 mm to 10 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, as in stirrups, spacers and binders and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete.

S&F mild steel framed work such as sea saw, swing and other ornamental etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

M&L for 20mm thick granite (of best type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

M&L broken stone or boulders hardcore of guage exceeding 63mm but not exceeding 100 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface

M&L 75 mm thickness PCC Type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) laid in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings, etc. and finishing cement concrete surface even and rough complete all as specified.

M&L for 40 mm thick sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation for laying interlocking tiles.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade and pointed in coloured cement to match the surfaces.

S&F FRP Horse Type Spring Rider for kids, outdoor type of size, design, colour all as per directed by Engineer-in-charge and fixing as per manufacturer instructions. Notes for item No. 24 to 29:- (i) The work shall be carried out in the presence of company representative. (ii) Approved make, catalogue and details shall be submitted by contractor before start the work. (iii) All materials and design shall be submitted by contractor before start the work.
