Opening and cleaning of obstructions/blockages manually in water closet (WC) including traps of WC, kitchen/bath any type & pattern inside house, cleaning of gully trap by removing grating & refixing including cleaning soil/waste pipe upto 1st manhole in ground floor and upto tee junction for other floors including removing access door and re-fixing in position, removing mud, waste materials, sludge/silt, liquid mud and foreign materials etc and depositing the same out side the MD land/premises and flush the same with water complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge. (Measurement will be carried out all as directed by Engr-in-charge). Note: - Contractor/Supervisor shall attend at complaint cell daily to collect the complaint slip from JE and completed slips shall be deposited on very next day for accounting the status.

Cleaning/clearing mechanically the sewage line of any description / SGSW pipe of size 100mm dia to 200mm dia at any depth , removing any type of blockage including desetling , descaling & dechocking with combine hydraulic operated sewer suction cum jetting machine mounted on LCV/HCV by using high pressure thermo plastic water jetting hose and through conical round shaped nozzle with piston action rodding from manhole to manhole or from manhole to septic tank / well through sewer line. (Measurement will be carried out all as directed by Engr-in-charge).

Cleaning of underground sewage line of any description/SGSW pipe of size 150mm dia by rodding from manhole to manhole or from manhole to septic tank/well including taking off manhole cover and cleaning of manholes of any size and depth and removing waste material/sludge to a distance of n.exc 50m and burrying the same in pit and refixing manhole cover in position after cleaning ( Measurement will be carried out each time depend on blockage ) Complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of septic tank and soakage well (work in foul position) any size by dewatering, taking out mud/sludge/liquid from septic tanks, soakage wells not exceeding 1.5meter deep getting out and removing & depositing the sludge to a distance not exceeding 100meter in borrow pits, excavating borrow pits and covering the filled borrow pits with minimum 10cm thick layer of earth, and 2 cm thick lime on top surface to prevent spread out of foul smell. After taking out sludge and solid deposits, the inside of the septic tank, etc shall be cleaned with water complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost elements for excavation of earth work for borrow pit including returning, filling in and removal of surplus soil/earth shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate under this item.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (below or above ground level) and removing all rubbish & debris off the premises to a distance not exceeding 100 metre or outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing all rubbish & debris off the premises to a distance not exceeding 100 metre or outside MD landcomplete all as specified and directed

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc, cutting reinforcement steel to facilitate demolition of concrete including removing all rubbish & debris off the premises to a distance not exceeding 100 metre or out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work, concrete block masonry or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc including removing all rubbish & debris off the premises to a distance not exceeding 100 metre or outside MD land complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Old serviceable PCC block shall be cleaned properly and stacked at site for reuse.

Demolition of concrete bed to drain pipe, PCC benching including 150mm dia sewage pipe /salt glazed stoneware drain pipes complete all as directed.

Demolition of concrete bed to drain pipe, PCC benching including 200mm dia sewage pipe /salt glazed stoneware drain pipes complete all as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry type C1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.12 above but old using serviceable precast cement concrete solid block type C1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded granite stone aggregate). Note :- Old serviceable PCC solid block retrive under item No. 9 shall be used.

Cutting into existing manholes for inserting new drain pipe, 150mm bore and making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 finished to match with existing complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc area not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in any type soil (ie combination of soft/loose and hard soil) complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, sub base, level course etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, kneelers, bed plates etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab of drain, etc and set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form work, moulds, etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

S & F TMT steel bars 8mm or 10mm dia, cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work/stone masonry or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound by weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

"Supply only" integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Dr FIXIT/Fosroc/choksey)

Supply and fixing underground Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) pipe, 150mm nominal size (ID 148.50mm & OD 172.50mm), SN- 4, in any length, with rubber ring joints including all fittings, conforming to IS- 16098 (Part- 2) , laid in trenches and testing on completion complete all as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 mix, type B2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in floor/footpath/hardstanding etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed..

M & L for precast machine pressed interlocking paver block any shaped and size conforming to IS- 15658-2006, 60mm thick, M-35 grade concrete with grey cement and no pigment, set and jointed in dry sand including providing 75mm thick dry sand cushioning/filling below paver blocks complete all as directed
