Tubewell

Drilling of 400mm dia bore with Direct Rotatry Rig in all kinds of soil including the cost of consumable stores, fuel oil and transportation of rig to the site. complete in all respect.

Drilling of 400mm dia bore with Direct Rotatry Rig Upto 150 m depth BGL.

1. Erection and dismantling of boring plant including all arrangement for the transportation of the boring equipment to site of work from the store of contractor at site and back are to be made by the contractor at his own cost. All rates should be quoted for supplying the material at site of work. Pits for collection of Water and Water for drilling tube-well be arranged by the firm/ contractor at site at his own cost.

2. In case the bore is converted into a tube-well payment of bore shall be made up to the bail plug plus margin (7% of main bore drilling or as actual as per field requirement whichever is less) required for sustaining the main bore. The test bore beyond margin shall be paid at the rate of test bore drilling.

Making electric Logging of borehole with electronic well logger including cost of equipment at site etc.complete in all respect.

Supplying, lowering of MS Pipe as per IS:4270-2001 including MS sockets having dimensions as per IS code duly welded with MS electrode to have extra strength to lower the pipe into tubewell bore.

Enviornment

Rough grassing including uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 15 cm, removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly, breaking clods, mixing fertilizer, levelling and dressing for planting new grass, including disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lifts, planting doob grass in rows 15 cm apart in both directions, watering and maintenance till first mowing.

Digging of pits in all kinds of soil & refilling the same, with the excavated earth mixed with well decayed farm yard manure @ 30% of pit volume and insecticide for termite control

Carriage

Extra for Carriage of Fine & Course aggregate i.e. Sand & Bajri from query to water works site beyond 5 km (Qty as worked out for the components to be constructed detail 1.9 & rate as per lead on CSR + Ceiling Premium for the applicable lead beyond first 5 km) 40 km.
