Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m

Extra for every additional lift of 1.5m or part there of in excavation / banking excavated or stacked materials - all kinds of soil

Scarifying the existing bituminous surfaceto a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres - by mechanical means.

Centring and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form work for - foundations, footings, bases for columns etc. The rate includes, all lead, pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing / seepage and also working in or under foul / slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Using steel sheets with MS frames.

Centring and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form work for - retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc. The rate includes all lead, pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing/seepage and also working under foul / slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Using steel sheets with MS frames.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position ready mixed cement concrete manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for a lead upto 10kms having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work including pumping of RMC from transit mixer to site of laying excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability M-15 grade plain cement concrete by using 320kg of cement. All works upto 3.00m below ground and upto floor 5 level. The rate including of pumping out all type of water due to seepage / flowing / stagnation and also working under foul condition etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) , including attached pilasters, buttresses , plinth and sting courses , fillets , columns , pillars , piers , abutments , posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centering , shuttering , finishing and reinforcement - 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Plain cement concrete m-15 mix with stone aggregates 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated in foundation upto a depth of 1.50 metres below ground level and/or 1.50 metres above ground/bed level.

Reinforced cement concrete m-20 mix with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated for reinforced concrete work in slab excluding steel reinforcement, but including centering and shuttering, laid in position.

Reinforced cement concrete m-20 mix with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated for bed plates exlcuding steel reinforcement, but including centering and shuttering, laid in position.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. works including bending, binding and placing in position - Thermo Mechanical Treated Bars (TISCON / VIZAG / IISCO / SAIL/JSW) Fe - 415 or more

Providing and fixing prmoulded bitumen joint filler, for expansion joints including the cost of sealing compound and priming coat - 25 mm wide.

Cement plaster 12mm thick in cement mortar 1:3(one SRPC cement and 3 fine M-sand) using SRPC. The rate includes all lead, lift, pumping out any type of water due to stagnation/flowing/seepage and also working under foul condition etc., all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry / plain / reinforced concrete abutment , wing wall / return wall with 110 mm dia PVC pipe, 6kg/sq.cm extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing foce.Complete as per drawing and technical specifications

6mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

White washing with lime to give an even shade - new work (three or more coats)

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (including equivalent design mix)

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000m - Lime/Cement Concrete - by mechanical means (Cement concrete grade M-15 & M-20).

Desilting the canal by removing silt, slush and debries from the bed of the drain removing the grass , buses etc., complete in uhygenic and foul condition including disposal of the same within an average lead of 1KM without polluting the environment by mechanical means

Supplying and filling with quary dust in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering etc. Complete. The rate includes all lead and lift, pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing/seepage and also working in or under foul / slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge..

Making of bund wall with HDPE cement bags filled with stone dust/quary rubbish for discharge regulation, breach closing/diversion arrangement. The rate includes the cost of empty HDPE bags, cost of stone dust, labour charges for filling the bags and placing in position of its purpose working in or under foul/slush condition ,in or under water and / or liquid mud , including pumping out water as required all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying and jointing UPVC pipe of 250mm dia (0.6 Mpa) conforming to IS specification 4985 and ISI marked including transportation to the site , lowering to the trenches, laying to proper grade and alignment and placing in position for discharge through the drain during construction period as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for providing and mixing ordinary Portland cement 43 grade of approved brand and manufacture in quary rubbish / stone dust at the rate of 3 bags of cement per cum of quary rubbish / stone dust mixing in a mechanical mixer. The rate is inclusive of all lead and lift etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
