Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration or Emulsion grade bitumen to required line grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base by manual means including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per T.S.C. 508 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with 80/100 grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per TSC 510 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Construction of un-reinforced and construction joint only plain cement concrete pavement thicknesh as per drawing over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement as per clause 1501.22 M-30 Grade coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixture of not less than 0.20cum capacity and aproctimat weight batcher using approved mis design laid in approved fixed etc form work (Steel, channel laying & fixing fo 125 micron thick polythin film wedge steel plates including leveling the form work as per drawing) speading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted, using niddle sceed and plate vibrators and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction joints applying primers sealent and construction joint admixtures as approved curring of concrete slabe for 14 days curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501. Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 I.
