Erection of Lattic type main/auxillary structure a) Shorting and staking of structures.

b) Shifting of all material, equipment from store site to work site

c) Erection of 33 KV lattic type main/auxillary structure as EKR-02 NOS., BBR-02 NOS., APR-02 NOS., YMR-04 NOS. ABL-03 NOS. & ALP-06 Nos and 33 KV Circuit Breaker related structure installing as per drawing with the help of G.I. nut&bolt, flat, spring washer, matching the hole.

Erection of 33 KV equipments including shifting of all equipment and accessories from store site to work site, fixing of required clamps, jumpering and all related cable termination according schedule, welding and other related associated works with testing and commissioning a) 33 KV VCB

b) 33 KV CT

c) 33 KV PT

d) 33 KV CT/PT junction box

e) 33 KV Bus Isolator

f) 33 KV Line Isolator

g) Tripple Feeder SAS type C&R panel

h) Fixing of metering cubical and ABT Meter set & Connection with all other associated works

Earthing of Equipments & Panel a) Cutting, Straightening, bending, laying of MS Flat approx 800mm blow inside the grourd and above ground and jointing in Earthmat equipment and structure with the help of welding works of following size MS flat with object to be earthing, excavation, with its back filling and all other associated work Excluding the cost of M.S. Flat which will be provided by the Dept. i) 50x6 mm

ii) 25x6 mm

b) Painting of MS Flat with one coat of red oxide primer of good quality then applying two coats of bus green paint of Asian/Burger oxide after rubbing rust & dust at 50x6 mm & 25x6 mm M.S. Flat used in 01 No. 33 KV Bay

c) Leveling of excavated earth as previous at various places in newly constructed 33 KV switchyard.

Laying of following size control cables in trench/cable tray/G.I. pipe from Tripple Feeder C&R Panel in Control room to equipments as 33 KV CB, CT, PT, Isolator and Metering cubical a) 2Cx2.5sq mm

b) 4Cx2.5sq mm

c) 6Cx2.5sq mm
