Repairs to Snow Clearance tractors of of SCCR Budgam of Machinery Division Kashmir

Repairs to the Snow Ploughs of Snow Clearance machines - The job includes repairs to Mounting plate, Mounting " H " and side arms etc by way of : • Dismantling of blade assembly from the machine by involving skilled mechanic .• Removing of dents of mounting plate . • Job involves retrieving of mounting plate to original shape by using hydraulic press . Job also includes welding work at various cracked spots by using superior class welding electrodes. And providing /fitting of 12 No. Nuts/Bolts along with washers in place of old one.Holes are to be provided 6"on left /right sides (02 No Holes each side) and then to be fitted with Nuts/ bolts along with washers of assorted size. After necessary work to mounting plate , it is then fitted back and provided proper alignment to chassis assembly. All tools tackles ie: DG Set, Cutter , Grinder , paint spray equipments, POL’s are to be arranged by the Firm itself at site for Execution of Job.

Repairs to Hydraulic Jack of Snow plough by way of dismentalling of damaged parts, main shaft piston ,straighting , aligning and providing and fixing of Oil seals , refilling of hydraulic oil. Complete job as per requirement .
