Design, drawing, Fabrication, supply & erection of embedded parts suitable for Inlet regulator shutter arrangements of vent size 9000x3000 mm as per IS 4622 : 2020. The embedded parts consists of sill beam made of ISMB 150, Sill flat made of 80x6mm SS 316 gr. Flat. The Roller girders shall be made of ISMB 150 and roller flat made of 80x10mm SS 316 gr. flat and the groove channel shall be made of ISMC 300mm. The side seal seat made of SS 316 gr. flat 80x6mm and anchor rods made with 12mmØ MS material. The welding shall be done as per standard procedures and the burr and slag shall be removed by grinding the top of welds. A good weld is as strong as the base metal. A suitable electrode shall be chosen and welded with a good welding equipment and a trained welder. All non-metallic substances shall be removed in the weld joints before commencement of welding. After welding, a thorough visual inspection shall be done for porosity, blowholes, unfused welds, unfilled craters, undercuts, burning & poor weld appearance, etc. The mild steel structural surfaces shall be blast cleaned to SA 2 ½ finish, after fabrication prior to painting. Heavy deposits of grease or oil may be removed, prior to sand blasting. The average surface profile / roughness after sand blasting shall be 75 - 100µ. Over the blast cleaned surface, thermal spraying of Aluminium wire shall be applied within four hours of blast cleaning. The Aluminium 99.50% wire composition shall confirm with IS 2590-1987 / ASTM B833-06. The total thickness of 150µ shall be sprayed as per IS 6586-1989 and 5905-1989 and reference with ISO 2063:1991. Over metalized surface one coat of Epilux 45 epoxy zinc phosphate primer shall be applied to a dry film thickness of 50±5µ. Then finish coat shall consist of two coats of coal tar epoxy paint. It shall be applied at an interval of 24 hours. Each coat shall give a dry film thickness of 100 - 125µ. The cost includes cost of materials, cost of consumables like welding rods, grinding wheels, oxygen & acetylene gas, oil & diesel for generator, process charges like gas cutting & welding, drilling, hire charges for machinery like gas cutting equipment, welding equipment, magnetic drilling machine, generator, grinding machine, compressor, airless spray machine, thermal spray equipment , hoisting equipments like chain pulley block, derrick post, labour charges for loading, lifting, unloading, transport erection, scaffolding, conveyance to site and clearing them after completion of work, warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The necessary design and drawings as per IS code should be furnished by the tenderer for getting the necessary approval from the competent authority by this department before commencement of the shutter works. Design and drawing should be furnished along with the pre - qualification documents.

The bottom rubber seal shall be 12mm thick and of flat type. Lifting plate shall be 16mm thick. Design, drawing, fabrication, Supply & Erection of steel deck bridge for the vent size of 9000x3000mm. The total size of the deck bridge shall be 10950x2000mm. The main load bearing girders shall be made of ISMB 400. The cross girder for seating of worm hoist shall be made of ISMC 150. The main girder shall be welded to the base plate of required size and fastened to the masonary through foundation bolt. The cross stiffeners shall be ISMC 100 x 50 welded to the main girders. Additional angles ISA 35x35x6mm shall be provided in between the cross stiffener to accommodate composite chequered plate. The composite chequered plate shall be 6mm thick of size 10950x2000mm. The hand rails ISA 75x75x8mm shall be fastened to the cross stiffeners at either ends. Galvanized iron pipe of diameter 25mm shall be inserted into the handrail angles. Blast cleaning to SA 2 1/2 standard over which epoxy primer to a thickness of 40 to 60 µ shall applied and the intermediate coat of micaceous iron oxide shall be provided over the primer. The dry film thickness of MIO shall be 70±5µ. The finish coat shall be applied with polyurethane Aluminium of 2 coats. The dry film thickness of the finish coat shall be provided 35±5µ as per IS 14177-1994. The cost includes cost of materials, cost of consumables like welding rods, grinding wheels, oxygen & acetylene gas, oil & diesel for generator, process charges like gas cutting & welding, drilling, hire charges for machinery like gas cutting equipment, welding equipment, magnetic drilling machine, generator, grinding machine, compressor, airless spray machine, hoisting equipments like chain pulley block, derrick post, labour charges for loading, lifting, unloading, transport erection, scaffolding, conveyance to site and clearing them after completion of work, warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The necessary design and drawings as per IS code should be furnished by the tenderer for getting the necessary approval from the competent authority by this department before commencement of the shutter works. Design and drawing should be furnished along with the pre - qualification documents.

Design, drawing, fabrication, Supply & Erection of worm gear and electrical mechanisation arrangements in the regulator vertical shutter. wormnut hoist comprising of a screw rod made of 75mm Ø MS Rod . The screw rod shall be connected to the shutter. Wormnut hoist to suit 75mm screw rod shall be provided. The worm wheel shall be made of phosphor bronze with 175mm OD with 25 teeth x 25mm circular pitch. Thrust ball bearings should be provided on either side of the worm wheel. Oil seal of size 110x135x13 shall be provided on either side of the worm wheel. A cast iron cover shall be provided over the whole arrangement. MS Worm 75mm ID & 25mm, pitch double thread shall be provided. Thrust ball bearing O - 12 shall be provided on either side of worm. A wormnut stand of height 740mm & 300mm at the top & 500mm at the bottom shall be provided with 16mm MS plate. The geared motor 2 HP with reversible, 2 HP 400 - 440V shall be connected with worm hoist. The gear wheel made of cast steel as per IS 1030, pinion wheels made of EN9 and necessary shafts shall be made of carbon steel grade. Necessary wiring from mains and starter for motor, control panel and change over panel shall be provided as per site condition. A dust & corrosion proof composite cover shall be provided to safegaurd the motor form rain & shine. All smooth operations shall be carried out as directed by departmental officers. The cost includes cost of all materials, cost of consumables like welding rods, grinding wheels, oxygen & acetylene gas, diesel & oil for generator, process charges like gas cutting, welding, labour charges for dismantling, loading, lifting, unloading, transport, erection, hire charges for equipments like chainpulley block, welding machine, cutting set, grinding machine, power charges for generator, conveyance to site and clearing them after completion of work, including cost of trial operation, complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers..The necessary design and drawings as per IS code should be furnished by the tenderer for getting the necessary approval from the competent authority by this department before commencement of the shutter works. Design and drawing should be furnished along with the pre - qualification documents.
