Material and labour for vitrified ceramic coloured tiles of 10 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.42 and n.exc 1.00 Sqm in floor, shelves etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level) & also removing the debris to the out side of MD land

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, etc finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including provision of joint of size 10 mm wide & 10 mm deep and filling with bitumen mastic joint filling at every 3m length and at corners complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finishing the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in path/paving/hard standing and finishing the surfaces even and smooth with using exra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster/cement mud plaster on brick walls etc, incl racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick internal in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick external in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using exta cement with using WPC @200 ml/50 kg by the wt of cement. WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base 20 mm in CM 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete

Material and labour for repair & rehabilitation of existing old damaged concrete surface of ceiling of any description as follows:- (i) Chipped offf the old damaged surfaces of structural member of wall/ceiling/coloums/ beams and remove the rust by passivating rust remover (Sika rurst off - 100) and applying one coat of anti corrosive treatment by zinc rich primer (Friazing R) (ii) application of two coat of sika slurry coating /Bond coat on surfaces with mixer of sika latex power: water cement in the ratio of 1:4:8 as per manufacturer instruction. (iii) Repair the surfaces by polymer morter in ration of cement and sand 1:4 and mixer of sika latex power diluted in water is 1:6 complete as per manufacture instruction and making surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed Note: Work will be carried out in patches. Make : Sika or equivalent.
