Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete with cement content as per approved design mix M-15 grade and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transite mixer for all leads having continuous agitated mixer manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying and curing excluding the cost of centering shuttering and finishing including cost of curing admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability with out imparing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge for all works up to plinth level as per HSR Item No 6.22.2.2 and note

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement contents as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but exluding the cost of centering and shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workablilty with out impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with cement contents 330 kg per cum for all works up to plinth level. Providing lowering cutting jointing and testing RCC pipe class NP-3 as per IS-458-2003 with spigot and socketed joints manufacturd with ISI marked sulphate resitance cement as per ISI 12330 with rubber rings ISI marked antitenmite as required at site in to trenches for all depths and laying out the same to correct alignment gradients and levels including dressing and trimming and cutting of concrete beds and side of trenches , if required jinting with rubber rings in trenches and jointing with 1:3/2 cement sand mortar and finishing the joints at an angle of 45 degree with faces of spigot of socket joints cutting and finishing the cut surface to a uniform finish etc as fully descibed in item no 21.38, item 21.44, item 21.45 and 21.46 including cartage loading and unloading complete in all respects, the internal diametric of sewer being 1200 mm dia. as per HSR Item no 21.95.10

Providing and laying dry brick on edge flooring in required pattern with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm mud mortar, including filling joints with Jamuna sand, with common burnt clay non modular bricks. HSR Item No 10.34
