Material & labour for 18 to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over 12mm thick rendering as in backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment from wall & ceiling surfaces by scrapping, washing & applying two coat of Acrylic emulsion paint exterior grade (100% Acrylic) over one coat of primer including necessary scaffolding, Safety net etc all complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
