| 2Carrying load testing of the crane as per I S 3177 latest edition and AERB guidelines as and when informed and taking out measures as required for ensuring effective brake system for all the three movements of crane, efficient performance of limit switches, power units, all fuses, indicators, push buttons, reassembling of bearings, pendents etc including replacement consumables if any, servicing of gear box, drum, rope, all moving parts, mechanical parts including rails, guides, welds etc complete and maintain the same to ensure proper functioning of brakes. Frequency of the load test shall be once in a year as per tender technical specification. | |||||
