Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts and stacking material within CSIR-SERC Campus etc., complete all as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Of area beyond 3 sq. metres

Dismantling tile work in floors and walls including cement mortar and stacking material within CSIR-SERC Campus etc., complete all as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement :

1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing sound proof acoustic door panel to the required shutter size by providing 75mm X 25mm thick with second class teak wood frame work of alaround size to form a panel and providing 1'' thick glass wool as a filler and fixing the 6mm thick waterproof mdf board on both side and applying wood primer on the frame work and mdf board with necessary Heavy hinges 4" etc., complete all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing at all levels made out of Unplasticised Poly Vinyl Chloride frame from Approved e , Profile Outer Frame Thickness -65mm ,Outer Frame Height -58mm. Glass -5mm thk Toughen glass for openable windows , Profile colour - Pristine white. The gasket should be made of EPDM (Ethylene propylene dimonomer) with double gasket sealing and applying silicone sealants outside and acrylic sealent inside . The sections should be reinforced with GI Sheet of 1.5mm thick with suitable drainage grouting including all necessary hardware fittings etc., all complete as per architectural drawings and the Engineers-in-charge. (Fenesta or Equvalent make)

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately). etc. complete all as per direction of Engineer- incharge. Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic anti skid floor tiles 600x600 mm of joint free tile conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green,black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in Staircase skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.(Make - Johnson, Somany, Kajaria)

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and coloure:(The rate is inclusive of necessary scrapping and putty wherever is required).

Two or more coats on old and new work

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade

New / Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer for new work (The rate is inclusive of necessary touch up Exterior wall care putty and scrapping wherever is required).

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification.

Old work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gm/litre : (The rate is inclusive of necessary scrapping and putty wherever is required).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :
