M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished dark shade/Double charged/ultracharged , area of each tiles exc 0.42 sqm but n exc 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6.complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles of size exc 0.18 sqm not exc 0.38 sqm and 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) as in flooring etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed/ bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles of size exc 0.11 sqm not exc 0.18 sqm and 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) as in flooring etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed/ bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface of size 450 X 300 x 7 mm thick, jointless type, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles with and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) for receiving the tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws and Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equalflanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre, duly fixed in ceiling frame work, Including demolition, complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling Asbestos Cement Corrugated or Semicorrugated in Roof covering, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40.0 sqcm and over in section in any position as in framed / unframed works such as roof purlins, rafters, fillets, ridges etc as in roof/ ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of pre-painted 0.50mm thick Gavalume Aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated / semi corrugated / trapezoidal steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength 550 MPa and AZ 150 grade as in roof covering/cladding to walls, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed. Make :- as approved

S&F pre-painted Galvalume Aluminium Zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 MPa and AZ 150 grade as in ridge of roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed. Make :- as approved

M&L for 6mm thick Non asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in roofs, walls etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 6mm thick Non asbestos cement, one piece plain angular ridge or two piece adjustable plain wing ridge orrugated or semi-corrugated sheets fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in roofs, walls etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for structural steel Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality B for roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 40x 5 mm thick mild steel flat iron as in wind tie for roof including securing bolts confirming to Fe 290 (Gde-E-165), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Brickwork with sub class B bricks (Old size) straight or curved on plan etc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6), including demolition etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on fair/other than fair faces of brick work finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coat of cement based paint over and incl one coat of exterior grade cement based primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of rotational moulded polyethylene cylindrical vertical with closed top water storage tank triple layered 500 Ltr capacity with connecting nipple, hoisted and fixed in position on new or existing foundation and making GI tubing inlet or outlet connection, with and incl PVC float valve of 20mm bore including disconnecting and dismantling the existing un-serviceable PVC/RCC water tank on top of roof/slab of bldgs, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of rotational moulded polyethylene cylindrical vertical with closed top water storage tank triple layered 1000 Ltr capacity with connecting nipple, hoisted and fixed in position on new or existing foundation and making GI tubing inlet or outlet connection, with and incl PVC float valve of 20mm bore including disconnecting and dismantling the existing un-serviceable PVC/RCC water tank on top of roof/slab of bldgs, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 3 mm thick sheet figured glass pin headed type, not exc 0.50 sqm in each pane, duly fixed with oil putty or wooden bidding as required, complete all as directed.

S&F of 3 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing type, not exc 0.50 sqm in each pane, duly fixed with oil putty or wooden bidding as required, complete all as directed.
