Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50mtr in depth; not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth and getting out, in any type of soil, for laying electric cables or foundation of poles/ stays etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and exceeding 1.50mtr but not exceeding 3.0mtrs in depth, not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out, in any type of soil, for foundation of poles/ stays etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25Cm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing excavated materials/ soils, not exceeding 50mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50mtrs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8 Cm before laying and 15 Cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18 Cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured.

Sub class ‘B’ bricks, modular size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning for mechanical protection of cable, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete all as specified.

Supply, erecting and fixing in replacement of old pole in true vertical position, steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP – 31), 09 meter long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap / finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole including 2 coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint including taking down old damaged poles complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-7.50 (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in or as mass concrete in foundation of poles/ stays etc , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for PCC type C-2 (1:3:6) with 40 mm gradded stone aggregate for coping of poles including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level. connecting to the GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolls, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 15 mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x6mm with lugs 02 Nos and handle of 6mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering , perforated at bottom. 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate. charcoal and common salt filling with fixing arrangement, funnel wire mesh and earth work in soft soil returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meters all as per electrical plate 3 of SSR-2009 Part-I and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. NOTE :- (i) Item of earthing includes cost of 7.5 m long GI wire of size 4 mm dia with protection pipe of 15mm dia GI medium grade, any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order based on SSR rates enhanced by (-40)%. (ii) On testing after completion of earthing if the desired earth resistance is not obtained earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised cast iron earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6.3mm thick buried directly in ground less than 3.0m deep below normal ground level as earth electrode with top edge of the earth plate not less than 2.25mtr below ground level using GI strip 32x6 mm dia as earth continuity conductor connected to earth plate by means of welding, GI thimbles, nuts, bolts & washers all as directed including providing earth wire protection pipe GI light grade15mm dia from earth plate to main switch board/panel, watering pipe 20mm dia with wire mesh and funnel at top, earth pit and RCC pit cover with handle of angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6mm in PCC 1:3:6 adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt and kalmi shore all around the earth plate, earth work in any type of soil remaining surplus excavated material all as required at site and specified in EP No 3 of SSR part I 2009 or directed by Engineer-in-charge and incl testing on completion. NOTE :- (i) Item of earthing includes cost of 7.5 m long GI strip of size 32x6mm with protection pipe of 40mm dia GI medium grade, any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order based on SSR rates enhanced by (-40)%. (ii) On testing after completion of earthing if the desired earth resistance is not obtained earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged stay assembly with new stay assembly, galvanised iron, complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No-1, diameter of stay rod 20mm dia, including galvanised iron stay plate 300x300x6mm, galvanised iron thimble, 14mm dia 400mm long stay bow and galvanised iron nuts bolts, washers including loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green, large size, with overall dimensions 65x90mm, clearance of hole 16.0mm, including stay wire, galvanised iron, stay wire 7/4mm stranded, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Excavation, earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Schedule ‘A’/ BOQ.

S&F in replacement of SMC FRP junction Box, sliding door fixed to base by means of ssliding, pole monunting arrangeemnt, maint free, fire retardent, pilferage proof for entry the cable from side and bottom of size 340x160x90mm with aluminium bus bar for street lighting of 3 phasse/ 4 core complete all as specified and directed. Make: sintex GS-JB-3416 or equivelent in Havells/L&T.

S&F in replacement of 1100V Grade LT Aerial Bunched Cable of size 3x16 + 1x16 + 1x16 sq.mm (Phase Wire + Neutral Wire + Insulated Messenger Wire) having three Power Core & One insulated Messenger Core of stranded compacted circular Aluminium Black coloured XLPE insulated & Core identification by ridges, one, two and three & four respectively. Neutral Wire should be of stranded compacted Circular Aluminium Alloy Conductor conforming to IS 8130/1984, IS-398(Part-IV)/1979 and IS-14255/1995 with upto date amendments, if any, composition of phase wire, neutral wire and messeanger wire all shall conform to manufacturer instructions subject to compliance with Electricty manual /Indian Electricity Act -2003, and there by changes in the size of messeanger and neutral wire, nothing shall be admissible on this ground, including necessary connecting accessories like Anchor Clamps (3 Bolt and 2 Bolt Type), Eye hook with Suspension Clamp Assembly, PCC Pole Clamp, Insulation Piercing Connectors with cover or P.G.Connectors with insulation cover,Water Proof pre-insulated Hexagonal Compression Connectors & Lugs etc , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged LT XLPE cable with new XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross-sectional area 25.0 Sqmm, 4.0-core, laid in trenches or passing through pipes, including suitable lugs and accessories for making connections at both ends, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductors From poles at any height and location, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing, 1100 Volts grade, heavy duty, multi-stranded cable, PVC insulated aluminium conductor, multi-stranded, cross sectional area 10.0 Sqmm, 2-core, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 50 Centimetre apart Including 4.0mm suspension wire, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of Ceiling fan complete in all respect, mettalic, sweep 1200mm, with BLDC Motor, high speed, including necessary fitting/fixtures such as Hook and clamps and hanging arrangements etc including connectig wire of suitable size and length from ceiling rose to fan connector, complete all as specified and as directed.
