Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning silent diesel engine driven generating set 20 kVA /16 kW (prime power), 415 volt, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire, at 1500 rpm, 0.8 lagging power factor including diesel engine as per IS 10001/10002, alternator as per IS 13364, with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on mains failure, coupling, common base plate, acoustic enclosure, 12 V DC battery, AMF Panel. Exhaust system, foundation, overhead shed of size 4 meter x 3 meter x 2.5 meter height etc., sound proof norms as per CPCB norms and as per details given in particular specifications complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be included to the provn of covered shed of size 4 m x 3m x 2.5m height by providing 04 Nos vertical posts of size 50 mm bore medium grade IS -1161 with necessary excavation pcc etc and providing 05 Nos horizental rafter on both directions of size 50 mm bore at top with necessary clamp bolt nuts and welding including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer etc and finally covering with 0.5mm thick galvalume sheet of size 5m x 4m with necessaary fixing arrangement complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to earthing lead of 32 mm X 6 mm galvanised mild steel strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron from earth plate to test point upto 7.5 metre including all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete chamber in cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate, precast RCC cover slab in cement concrete M15 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate of size 40 cm X 40 cm X 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia bar, GI funnel, GI wire mesh filter, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of earthing lead, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil/ strata and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated cable for working voltages of 1100 V, PVC sheathed, armoured, 3 core with reduced neutral conductors (3½ core), nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 50 sqmm, stranded aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098(Part-I): 1988 including cable glands, lugs etc. to suit the cable size and to be laid in trenches, fixed along pole, under floors, through GI pipe laid under floors/roads, through concealed GI pipe along wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Supplying & laying in trenches 50 mm nominal bore, light grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for boring under road, pavement, hard standing without disturbing the top surface by trenchless technology using latest boring technique/ or by mechanical means for insertion of GI/CI/PP-R/PVC pipe/cable of any dia/ bore/size complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Pipes shall be measured and paid separtely.

M & L for laying of bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the direction of cable all as directed.

Supply & spreading in trenches sand cushioning to underground cable in trenches including spreading, levelling hand punning down complete all as specified and directed Note:- Depth of sand cushioning will be measured after punning down and levelling the sand properly.

Supply installation, commissioning and testing including providing all necessary electrical connection, LT feeder panel board size of 1.2x1.2x.0.5m, Outdoor type double door, factory made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet having hinge opening arrangement in front and back side and bottom frame made out of angle of size 50 x 50 x 6mm thick and 04 Nos legs 0.6 meter length with cable entry and exist circular hole with cable gland & gasket at bottom complete including painting to all internal and external exposed steel surfaces with power coating paint ( 5 stage process) with duly fixed in ground with necessary PC foundation (1:2:4) type B1, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge and comprising of the following accessories.(Note : All the internal connection connected through suitable size of aluminium bus bar having capacity 200 Amps, TPN).
