Dismantling of old unserviceable of junction box including foundation after disconnecting of all elecrical connection complete.

Dismantling of old unserviceable LT feeder pillar box including foundation after disconnecting of all elecrical connection complete.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable cable of any size , GI pipe protection, bricks including separating serviceable bricks & set aside and removing un-serviceable bricks from position all complete as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cables & foundation of poles , stay assembly and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer ,complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point ,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dry sand cushioning to underground cables with 8cm thick before laying of cables and 15cm thick after laying and stretching of cable and gentally hand ramming and consolidation etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of sand shall be measured 18 cm thick after punning.

M & L for old size sub class ‘B’ bricks, laid in trenches as cable covers / protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying bricks obtained from item No. 3 for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for horizontal boring across the existing road without disturbing the road surface for inserting 50 mm bore GI pipe all complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note :- GI pipe will be measured and paid respective item of sch'A').

S & F in repair of GI tubing, light grade, 80 mm bore with all fitting lais in trenches / pole / wall for protection of cables complete all as specified and directed..

Ditto-----all as item No 11 above but 50 mm bore pipe

Laying only cable any sizes obtained from item No 3 with all fixing & connecting accessories such as Alluminium cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts, washer etc complete as specified and as directed.

Digging out incoming and outgoing cables of any sizes from loops near/back side junction box/feeder pillar box/ LT panel in trenches, cutting burnt out uninsulated portion of cable and relaying refixing in trenches and returning, refilling the excavated soil and connecting the cables with bus bars including provision of suitable size of aluminium lugs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply ,fabrication, installation and testing of LT out door type factory made CPRI Approved, water and vermin proof protection pedestal type junction box of size 900mmX600mmX400mm (over all dimension) made out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet dully supported with mild steel angle iron of size 25X25X5mm vertical frame and legs with mild steel flat iron 25X5 mm in horizontal sides of the frame with front and back side openable ,single hinged door / shutter with locking arrengement and powder coated finish both internal and external steel surfaces after necessary preparation of steel surfaces and connections of all outgoing / incomming existing cable of any size drawing / digging out cable from loops in trenches inclusive of necessary excavation and earthwork as required and relaying the cables including the following fitment accessories all complete as specified and as directed. NOTE: Rate of earthwork and PCC work are deemed to be inclusive in this item.

(a) Alluminium bus bar of size 50 mm X 6 mm X 400mm long wrapped with PVC sleeves with maintained the colour code and provision of making holes as required with nuts, bolts & washers for cable connections including hydrograpic insulators with nuts & bolts at both ends = 04 nos.

(b) Enamelled iron danger notice plate of 1.60 mm thick mild steel sheet of size 200 mm X 150mm , white with letters , figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red and fixed with nuts and bolts on door / shutter of JB for LT -01 No.

(c) PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 as in foundation of size 0.80m x 0.60m x 0.90m depth (30 cm below ground level & 60 cm above ground level) including necessary excavation and earth work

Supply, fabrication, installation and testing of LT factory made CPRI approved water and vermin proof protection pedestal type feeder pillar box of minimum size 1000mm (Height) x 600mm (Breath) x 400mm (Depth), outdoor type made out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet with frame and legs of mild steel angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm in all side with double door, front and back side openable and air ventilation arrangement including provision of cable looping box of size 450mm (Height) x 600mm (Breath) x 300mm (Depth) made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet with front side openable double door shutter hinged door and locking arrangement at back side complete painted with Powder Coated paint of approved shade and suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system 500 voltage grade complete wiring and all incoming connections with copper strip busbar of required size to MCCB input complete all as specified and as directed alongwith comprising of the following accessories :-

(a) Aluminium strip busbar of current carrying capacity 400 amps wrapped with PVC sleeves with maintained the colour code and provision of making holes with suitable size GI nuts, bolts & washers for cable connections including hydrograpic insulators with nuts & bolts at both ends = 04 nos.

(b) Copper strip busbar of current carrying capacity 200 amps wrapped with PVC sleeves with maintained the colour code and provision of making holes with suitable size GI nuts, bolts & washers for cable connections including hydrograpic insulators with nuts & bolts at both ends = 04 nos.

(d) Neon indicator lamp with holder (RYB) = 03 Nos (L&T/AE/C&S).

M & L for Earthing to OH/Sub stn with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to main earth lead 32 x 6 mm galvanised iron strip dia by means of bolts, nut, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of MES Schedule pt-I 1991, GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm protected by GI pipe 15mm dia light grade and connected to earth test point including excavation in any type of soil,returning filling, disposal of soil, providing charcoal dust and common salt upto top edge of earth plate, construction of PCC pit with RCC cover, funnel, watering pipe of 20mm dia GI light grade and provision of earth test point including testing on completion complete.
