Material and labour for repair to pot holes any depth n.exc.1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads , paths etc. cutting around edges to atleast 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming ( including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 sqm, (depth exceeding 50mm but not exceeding 100mm deep) including stacking usable materials for re-use and removing rubbish to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and providing 10 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates of grading 1 (90 to 40 mm size), spread,rolled and consolidated to gradient and required with granite, trap or basalt stones, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 Kg per 10 Sqm on road surfaces and providing for bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete (using viscosity grade 30 paving bitumen), 40 mm thick compacted thickness, with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix and mixed should be of mechanical hot mix plant and premixed material laid with mechanical paver finished including rolling to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller including preparation bitument carpet in digital computerised weigh batch hot mix plant including preparation of bitumen to required compaction, complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- In case of any variation on minus side in the weight of binder as per actual mix design, the same shall be adjusted @ Rs 40 per Kg and recovery for the same shall be effected from the contractor. However, in case the variation in the weight of bitumen is on plus side, nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam, using paving bitumen (4 % binder content) any penetration, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, vegetation grass etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc,applying evenly priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 5 Kg/ 10 Sqm on road surfaces and providing for bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) stone chippings mixed with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix and mixed should be of mechanical hot mix plant and premixed material laid with mechanical paver finished including rolling to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller including preparation bitument carpet in digital computerised weigh batch hot mix plant including preparation of bitumen to required compaction, complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for Painting lines, dashes,arrows, letter etc. on roads, pavements 10 cm wide providing and applying 2 mm thick marking strips (with reflective glass beads on top) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material fully/semi automatic application machine fitted with profile shoe heater driven by experienced operator on road surface including preparation of new/previously treated surfaces, cleaning surface of all dirt, scales, oils, grease and foreign material etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reflective sign board with name of MS sheet size 900 mm x 600 mm x 1.50 mm thick fixed with stainless steel frame 25 x 25 mm all around mounted over square stainless steel section of 40 x 40 mm. The sign board firmly fixed on ground with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 of 12.5 mm graded with post holes of size 450 x 450 x 600 mm, height of board 2.40 mtr complete all as specified and directed.
