One Time repair and Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) for CNC Axle Turning Lathe Machine (M&P No. 89/05 Model No. GHT5-G4 1000X4000, Goratu Make) at Diesel Loco and Wagon Workshop Ajmer for 03 years (As Per Scope of Work)

The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure provided in the tender documents,along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.

Definition of similar work: Firm should be an OEM OR Authorized suppliers for CNC machine like CNC Wheel Press/ CNC ATL/CNC VTL/CNC Wheel Lathe to Indian Railway through COFMOW/ Govt. Organization/PSU's OR Firm should have the experience of successful completion of AMC/CAMC/one time repair/reconditioning of Wheel Press/CNC ATL/ CNC VTL/ CNC Wheel Lathe in Indian Railways / Central Govt. Organization/State Govt. Organization/ PSUs.

Whether the documentary proof regarding fulfilling Technical & financial eligibility criteria and mandatory documents have been uploaded?

Whether all the annexures & forms required (including newly added certificates, annexures) mentioned in NIT and tender document have been uploaded?

Submit details regarding Employment/Partnership etc. of Retired Railway Employees as per Form-1

Submit details as per "Form-2 :Declaration for Type of Firm" along with the necessary documents required for different types of firms as per tender form (second sheet) (Para 26,27)
