Supply, laying in trenches and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and n.exc1.5 m in depth for foundation of poles, cable etc, not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, of soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50M and deposited/ spreaded where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F burnt clay fly ash bricks old size designation 75 (kg/cm2) in trenches on cable as cable protection across the length of the cable (width wise) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F sluice valve class PN 1.6 with brass spindle, gasket, bolts, nuts and washers in position of 150mm bore in valve pit chambers or near to bore well complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in motor foundation, filling and mass concrete including demolation of concrete of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Note - (i) Unit rate of erathing deemed to be included 7.5 mtr earthing strip from Ground level of earthing to connection point incl in quoted rate of earthing. (ii) Since the resistivity of soil is high contractor shall bring the agricultural soil from outside of the defence land.

M&L providing RCC column piller 1:2:4 using 10mm TMT bars having dimension 450mm x 450mm x 4 mtr incl Excavation, removing, pcc and plastering on surface also applying liquid compund on surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fabrication, installation, testing and commisioning of LT 3 Phase 4 wire 450 Volts system, factory made water and vermin proof protection floor mounted cubical type LT Panel fabricated from 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet for outer shell & 2.0 mm thick for inner shell with angle iron 50x50x6 mm double door front and back openable type, double door system, hinged opening, rubber lining locking arrangement with anticorrosive paint and epoxy powder coated with pure polyster siemens grey structure, protection class IP-54 fully compartment design with 4 nos of busbar made of copper of ETP grade suitable for 200 Amp (size of copper strip should not be less than 25x6mm for each phase and neutral) pre wired with suitable size of copper strip /copper wire with colour code for connecting outgoing MCCB/MCB including suitable Al earth strip confirming to IS with danger notice plate, cable gland, cable connection with proper lugs, PCC foundation for fixing LT panel with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate as in padding on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. Note : (i) Cost of earth work and PCC are deemed to be inclusive in this item (ii) the schematic diag of LT pannels shall be approved by GE before procurement.

Supply, commissioning ,testing and installation of DG Set of Cap not less than 58.5 KVA, four cylinder in line diesel engine, 415 Volt, 50 Hz, 0.8 PF (Lag). 3 Phase 4 wire Engine will be coolant cooled by rail mounted, engine driven radiator of adequate capacity, with blower fan, fan guard, fan belts etc. The diesel engine shall be vertical, electric start, compression ignition, 4 stroke, designed to run continuously at 1500 RPM confirming to IS 10002, ISO 8528-1, BS 5514 standard with an overload capacity of 10 % for one hour in every 12 hrs of operation. Diesel Engine will comply with latest CPCB norms including retrofitting of emission control device . Diesel engine set as per IS 10002 and alternator as per IS-4722/BS 5000 with inbuilt electronic speed governor including necessary anti vibration pad as recommended by the manufacture the following specification complete and all as specified in particular specifiation:-

(C) ALTERNATOR : Alternator, suitable to deliver 58.5 KVA at rated output at 1500 RPM, 380-440V 0.8PF(lag), 50Hz, 3 Ph. in SPDP enclosure, self-excited & Self - regulated (AVR), Brushless. The alternator conforms to IS: 4722/BS 5000 & will suitable for tropical condition. Full load efficiency of the alternator offered should be above 90%. class of insulation shall be H and temperature rise also limited to class H Enclosure shall conform to IP23. (D) Manual standard control Panel : The control Panel shall be made of CRCA sheet, floor mounted, indoor type, dust and vermin proof and powder coated and suitable for 415 volt, 3 phase, 50 HZ system. The panel shall consist of the following features : (i) Aluminium Bus Bar. (ii) Digital type Multi function Meter for measuring volts/Amps/Frequency/ Power factor/Oil Temp/KWH/KWAH/RPM etc. (iii) Monitor with display of engine safety features. (iv) Current Transformers of suitable ratio. (v) MCB/HRC fuses for control protection. (vi) Indicating Lamps for DG ON/Load ON/Mains ON. (vii) MCCB of suitable rating with short circuit and overload protection. (viii) Earth studs. (ix) Push Button for Engine start/ Stop, Load ON/Off.

(J) ACOUSTIC INSULATION: 1. Sound proofing of the enclosure done with quality Foam confirming to IS: 8183. 2. Acoustic form shall be fire retarded and fire resistant. 3. Attenuates are provided to control sound at entry and exit to and from the container. Sound level < 75 dBA at one meter distance. 4. Specially designed Residential Silencer is provided. 5, Hooks for lifting/Shifting. 6. Fuel tank is specially designed and mounted inside of the enclosure as aintegral part of Acoustic enclosure. (K) VENTILATION AND AIR CIRCULATION: (i) Exhaust pipe is thoroughly insulated by covering it with glass wool and further gladded in Enclosure. (ii) Suitable slots/ventilators need to be provided in canopy for natural air circulation. (L) ELECTRICAL: (i) Neutral Body earthing points at the sides of enclosure are isolated through Dough Moulded compound. (ii) A light point with switch need to be provided inside the canopy. (M) SAFETIES: Emergency push button to stop the DG Set from outside, Lub oil level, Lub oil pressure, Fuel level indicator, Coolant level, Canopy temperature, High engine temperature.

Note:- (i) Design/drawing/BOM of the DG set showing the dimension is to be obtained from the OEM/Auth supplier & is to be got approved from GE before placing final order to the manufacture. (ii) The cost of servicing including minor repairs/replacement such as topping up of coolent, engine/Lub diesel as well as Lub oil filters including periodical checking of the complete DG sets for the complete defect liability period and as when required is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iii) Any thing missed out in the technical specification but technically required for efficient working of DG Sets in deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iv) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of engine oil & final successful acceptance test. (v) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 Hrs test run at site as specified in the PS presence of rep of Accepting Officer all testing arrangements/ equipment, resistive load including POL shall be made available by the contractor. (vi) Pre- dispatch inspection at factory premises of OEM shall be carried out by the Rep of Accepting Officer. (vii) Pre-commissioning of the DG set shall be carried out by the Rep of Accepting Offficer after installation of DG set at the site by the contractor and all the arrangements required for testing including (oil, Diesel, water/resistive load) deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (viii) Necessary foundation for installation of DG set shall also be provided as per manufacturers recommendations and cost deemed to be inclusive in the rate quated for this item.
