Road construction work from Maruti Estate Road T-point to Ayushi Vihar Gate No. 2.

DRAIN (PART-A) :- Cleaning Jungles including uprooting of trunk vegetation grass, bushes, wood trees and sapling of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1 meter above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 meters out side the periphery of area cleared. (PWD SOR-2023-24/259)

Excavation in foundation in ordinary Soil (Loam, Clay or sand) including, lift upto 1.50 M and lead Upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge up to a distance of 30 M from the foundation trenches.(CH-4 Item No. 251 PWD SOR-2023-24)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with mortar grader surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, & compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause Table - 400-2 S.N. 4.2 (C) MORT&H specification no- 401 grading size 53.00-26.50 mm @ 35 %, 26.50 - 4.75 mm @ 45 % and 2.36 mm & below @ 20 %.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (DSR-2023/6.1.1)

12 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on side of single or half brick wall for interior & outer plaster upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finishes even and smooth.(1cement : 4 Coarse sand) (DSR-2023/13.4.1)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (Item No. 4.1.3 DSR-2023)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing, & applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion SS1 using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.25 kg/sqm on the prepared grangular/ old painted surface, cleaned with mechanical broom including all Taxes material, labour, T& P etc. required for proper completion of work. Rates including of (As per MORTH 503 MORT&H 2024 Rates taken from SOR 2025-26)

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with Bituminous binder(VG-30) @4.5% by weight of total mix and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density as per MORTH specification clause No. 505 (MORT&H 2024 Rates taken from SOR2025-26)
