M&L Roughening the surface of old concrete floor picking sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust/mud etc. and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3kg/Sqm.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Dismantling framed work of timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Rolled mild steel Gde Fe-410-W Gde E-250 Quality-A in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins crane gantries, joist, channel, steel tube, rails & fastenings & heavy brackets framimg, strips, door, shutter, strips (Beam, tee, angle, Coulmn, Gusset Plates, channel, Hollow square/Rectangular or flat section) including distance pieces, cleats with riveted, bolted or welded attachment etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc.

S&F in repair Vitreous china counter top oval wash basin, snow white, size 560x400x205mm, including 32mm size Cast copper alloy CP waste coupling and waste pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of rolling shutters of any type any Size and oiling and greasing all moving parts of rolling shutters, realignment of anchoring rod, checking and made functional/ operateable all moving strips / parts including minor repair tightening of springs, nut & bolts, welding repair, proper fixing of loose side guard of rolling shutter, repair of both side locking arrangements etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing u/s rolling shutters of any type any size and refixing the same in situ after necessary welding work, oiling and greasing, replacement of unserviceable bearings, realignment of anchoring rod, checking and made functional / operate able all moving strips/ parts to the entire satisfaction of the engineer in charge complete including replacing of damaged strips all as specified. (Note :- (i) S&F Strips shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item. (ii) Rates are deemed to inclusive of all civil works required for refixing and making good the disturbed surfaces).

Safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

S&F Bevel type gear box of suitable size fixed in repairs and making good the distrubed portion (concrete/ brick) and match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof/ wall coverings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair aluminum, 0.56 mm thick plain, sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size , holes punched: including round headed screw, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood/ steel/ concrete framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred anges, etc as requiired complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
