Material and labour for serviceing of out door VRF ACs capacity up to 12 HP (Dendal New building) as per OEM direction with the help of Pressure Booster Pump along with chemical removing front PVC grills, air filters, cleaning, washing, removing dirt and including checking power connection .cheleaning / wash of cooling coil of outdoor cooling unit and condenser coil of out door unit and re-assembling the dismantled components of its original position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for serviceing of out door VRF ACs capacity up to 10HP (Dendal New building) as per OEM direction with the help of Pressure Booster Pump along with chemical removing front PVC grills, air filters, cleaning, washing, removing dirt and including checking power connection .cheleaning / wash of cooling coil of outdoor cooling unit and condenser coil of out door unit and re-assembling the dismantled components of its original position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note - For ser item 1 and 2, during the contract period if more then one serviceing is requited based cooling efficiency deemed in the quoted rate and time to time checkup for the healthy condition of instruments/equiptment are deemed in the quoted rate.Serviceing hard ink sign copy should be deposit in this office before payment procedure.

Material and Labour for serviceing of Cassette unit of various capacity with the help of Air pressure and chemical washing including cleaning of air filter refixing in its original position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material andn labour for fan coil unit (FCU) serviceing with the help of chemical cleaning and Pressure boster pump complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Top up Gas Charging with R-410/R-22 for 22 HP VRF circuit (12 HP+10 HP) x4 Circuit and Package type AC any make or any cpacity all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for throughly checkup for VRF outdoor & indoor communication estabilishing (12 HP+10 HP) x4 circuite all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F, in replacement of copper tubing of 3/8” dia suitable for VRF AC/Package type ACs as per existiong copper tube including brazing / cutting / bendinng all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 07 here-in-before but copper tubing of 5/8” dia.

M & L for serviceing Air cooled scrool type chiller unit with multi compresor capaacity 15 TR to 30 TR ( -ART,JRC,BMT and Lab) as per direction of OEM comprising with folowing works (a) cleaning the cooling ,condense coil with the help of Pressure Booster Pump recommended chemical and removing extra deposit material (b) Checking the helthly condition of compressor along with electric cable connection. (c) PCB should be original sitting as per OEM recommendation and checking all electric cable connection ,during the serviceing if any type of cable for connection in the cheller unit should be replased by the contractor with out any cost effect .(d) Leakage test and pressure shoud be carried out during the serviceing .(e) During the serviceing if the required welding /brazing /nut/bolt and which are not menthion in the schedule but necessary for serviceing or made functional should be repaced by the contractor with out financial effects , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note - during the contract period if more then one serviceing is requited based cooling efficiency and time to time checkup for the helthy condition of instruments/equiptment are deemed in the quoted rate.Serviceing hard ink sign copy should be deposit in this office before the payment procedure.

M&L for dismantling of electric driven horizontal induction motor of capacity 1.5 to 3 HP of any type and make, by engaging sufficient man power and suitable T&P to ensure safety of pump-motor as well as working persons including disconnecting of electric connections, dismantling of motor, taking out the burnt windings, cleaning and washing of slots and rewinding the same with copper winding wire of existing gauge and quantity (as per original manufacturer design) including replacement of all damaged parts i. e. bearings, bush, thrust plate, thrust bearing, connector plate, insulating materials such as insulating sheets insulating paper (Class "F"), sealing compounds etc. and reassembling the motor after varnishing, heating/drying, greasing of moving parts etc. and reinstallation of the motor in original location, checking the alignment, making proper electric connection, testing for smooth operation, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) The cost of winding wire and all replaced defective parts are deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. (ii) The cost of transportation (to and fro) and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site or at repair shop and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.

All as per srl item no 11.00 here-in-before but for 7.5 HP capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete overhauling of condenser / chiller centrifugal pump set of up to 7.5 HP by engaging sufficient man power and suitable T&P to ensure safety of pump-motor as well as working persons including disconnecting suction & discharge water lines and removing electric connection, dismantling the U/S pump set from MS foundation, detaching the pump, opening the pump, remelting the shaft and filling of metal at decayed portions including all kind of machine works i.e. welding, turning, polishing etc. as required to make the shaft of required shape and size, as original, balancing the shaft and refitting in pump body; complete replacement of impeller set with new; required replacement of Cushy foot anti vibration pad with and incl carrying out complete repair / replacement of damaged parts i.e. bearings, bush, gland plate, gland packing, coupling assembly etc. and reassembling the pump after greasing of moving parts and reinstallation of the pump with motor in original location using new MS stud, nut, bolt, washer and other packing material etc, checking the alignment, reconnecting the suction and delivery pipes, making proper electric connection, testing and commissioning for smooth operation at optimum efficiency, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: including TPT,tools ,Item/ spare parts as per site requirment deemed in the quoted rate .
