Material and Labour for Construction of brick massonry valve pit chamber of inner dimension 60cm x 60cm x 60 cm suitable for gate valves upto 40 mm size with PCC : 1:4:8 type D-2 for foundation brick work in cm 1:6 rendering 1:4, 15mm plastering , comping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 , including MS Sheet cover of thickness 2mm on 50mm x 50mm x 6.0mm angle iron frame work including two coats of synthetic enamelled paint paint over one coat of red oxide primer with making provision of locking arrangement and necessary excavation in soft/loose soil, returing , filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distances 15 mtr not exc 50m , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of main LT panel of size suitable to accomdate mentioned accessories , factory made (CPRI approved) outdoor cubical compartmental type double door both side openable with hinged doors & locking arrangement made out of not less than 3.15 mm thick mild steel CRCA sheet supported and fixed on structural frame of angle iron of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron frame including earthing stud lebeling, painting to all internal & external exposed steel surfaces with powder coating paint (7 stage process), duly fixed in ground with PCC foundation (1:2:4) type B1 with danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitrious enamelled (white) with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system 500Volts grade with necessary wiring with PVC sheathed strander al conductor of appropriate length size with and including fixing lugs bolts, screws etc complete all as specified and directed. Material and Labour for Brick masonry septic tank for 100 users designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC (1:4:8) below foundation, base slab, buffle walls and precast cover slab etc. with vent shaft, inspection chamber etc all as specified and shown in drawing No. CEBZ/TD/76/2011 Sheet 1/2 to 2/2 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Soakage well of 3.0m dia and 6.00 m effective depth; excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonary with top ring of M-25 (Design mix) concrete , SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC /DWC complete filled with brick bats all as specified and shown in drawing No. CEBZ/TD/78/2011 Sheet 1/2 & 2/2 complete all as specified and directed.

HOT WATER APPLIANCES NOTE:- For items of HOT WATER APPLIANCES notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-X ( HOT WATER APPLIANCES ) shall also be applicable.

Supply and Fixing pipe KITEC (PE-Al-PE) 20mm dia along with fittings for hot water supply connections as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Solar Water heating system of capacity 100 LPD,ISI marked, as per IS-12976 thermosyphon heating system Closed loop & MNRE Certified comprising the followings:- (i) Flat plate collector box ISI marked of suitable size & Nos. to meet 100 LPD hot water requirements fabricated from aluminium extruded section toughen glass on top, inlet outlet piping all as per IS – 12933 Part-I to V. (ii) The Solar hot water storage tank fitted with back up electric healing arrangement of minimum 2KW heating element assembly including plug top of minimum 20 Amps and three single core 4.00 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS cable (ISI marked) drawn in 25 mm dia medium grade PVC conduit (ISI marked), concealed in wall/ roof slab /ceiling from the tapping point as shown by Engineer- in- Charge. (iii) PVC three layered cold water storage tank of capacity 100 Ltrs. MS staging required for cold water tank shall be measured & paid separately. (iv) Provn of expansion tank of suitable size as per IS-12976. (v) Standard fittings required for Solar heating system such as valves, gauges etc. as per IS -12976. (vi) GI tubing medium grade 20 mm dia ISI marked with all fittings for filling cold water tank and inter connections of tanks up to 5.0 mtr length of pipe hot & Cold water pipe is deemed to be included in quoted rates. Beyond 5.0 mtrs shall be measured and paid separately. (vii) MS section of suitable size duly painted with 2 Coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer for Flat plate collector & hot water tank installation as per OEM recommendations deemed to be included in quoted rates. (viii) Testing of system after complete installation as per relevant IS complete all as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Supply installation testing and commissioning Silent type Diesel Engine Generating set 415 volts 30 KVA or nearest higher size available, 3 phase 0.8 power factor, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM self exicited self regulated brushless AC generator installed including AMF panel, suitable for ambient condition at Jorhat and confirming to condition under ISO 3046, IS 3002, BS 5514/5000 with capacity of 10% overloading for one hour in every twelue hour duration and including the following accessories :- (A) Alternator :- Synchronous alternator rated at 30 KVA suitable for continuous operation at 1500 RPM generating 415 volts at 0.8 p. f (lag) suitable for 50 Hz, three phase, 4 wire system. The alternator shall be brushless,single bearing,self excited&self regulated with an AVR .The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally confirm to IS: 4722 : 2001 The salient features of the alternators are :- (a) +-1% voltage regulation (max) in static conditions. (b) IP: 23 protections with class ‘H’ insulation. · (c) Permanent lubricating bearing. · (d) Permissible overload of 10% for one hour in 12 hours of operation.

Contd/- serial item No.10.01(C) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE : Acoustic enclosure shall be powder coated and fabricated out of 16 SWG CRCA MS sheet. The silent canopy shall be of nut bolt type construction. Critical processes of punching is done on CNC machines to maintain dimensional accuracy of holes within 0.1 mm. Powder coating is done after seven-tank surface preparation process of sheet metal. Canopy panel and doors shall have inside lining of FIRE-RETARDANT foam as acoustic material & Rock wool for hot zone.Adequate hinged doors shall be provided to canopy, one door shall have glass window for control panel visibility. (i) Manufactured by OEM suitable for 30 KVA DG Set. (ii) It Should be as per latest rules and regulations of Ministry of Environment and Forest and Pollution control board. (iii) The generating set battery should be inside the enclosure. (iv) Fuel tank :-Daily service fuel tank of 8 hours of continuous operation, fabricated form 14/16 SWG sheet metal complete with drain, inlet and outlet connection and fuel gauge. (v) Construction Details/specification are as follows : - (a) Outer body :- CRCA Sheet of 1.6mm thick.

(c) Sound Insulation :- 30 mm thick rock wool (minimum density 64kg/Cum)/ fire resistance foam/puff as per OEM/ as per standard manufacturing to achieve desired decibel level. vi) The acoustic should be composite in construction and fully assembled integral unit. vii) The DG Set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button. viii) The enclosure should be suitably internally illuminated by CFL/FTL Lamp fittings. ix) The noise level should be 75 dB at 1m under free field conditions. x) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade. Note :- (i) The complete DG Set shall be procured from authorised OEM of the manufacturer of engine. A certificate in this connection shall be submitted to the GE. (ii) Circulation system to achieve desired inside temperature of acoustic enclosure, if required shall be provided as per OEM recommendation.

Contd/- serial item No.10.01 (iii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 hours test run at site as specified in PS and IS requirements in presence E/M Offr detailed by accepting officer, all testing arrangements/ equipments shall be made available by the contractor for tests. (iv) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of lubricant oil, DHPP for 12 hours testing and final successful acceptance test. (v) Anything missed out above but technically required for efficient working of DG Set is deemed to be included in quoted rates. vi) Design / drawing of the AMF panel & DG SET showing the dimensions is to be obtained from DG SET/ panel board manufacturer / supplier & is to be got approved from Engr-in-charge/GE before placing final order to the manufacturer. vii) The electrical connection of digital Multi Functional Meter in the AMF panel is to be done from load side so that monitoring of various parameters viz. Voltage, Current, KW, KVA, power factor, frequency etc can be done of both SEB mains & DG mains. viii)The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of engine oil & final successful acceptance test.

Contd/- serial item No.10.01 (D) Control Panel :- Control panel shall be fabricated from 16/14 SWG sheet and powder coated after seven tank treatment process: (i) Microprocessor based generator set monitoring and control system consists of LCD display and to monitor operator interface, fault history, alternator data, Engine data, porvision for service adjustement and caliberation of DG control functions, Engine controls, engine protective functions, alternative protective functions etc. (ii) Instrument fuses and control wiring. (iii) Indication lamps for set running and load on. (iv) Bus bar including suitable capacity of MCB, including CTs, cable etc. E) AMF Panel :- Automatic Mains Failure (AMF) Panel made of CRCA sheet 2 mm thick including necessary arrangement to Install, Testing and Commissioning & connecting to load cable up to changeover switch, suitable capacity of 4 pole MCCB complete all as per OEM recommendation. F) Civil Works :- All civil works including PCC platform and related foundations including for panel and equipments including making good of distrubed area during installation and commissioning of genset. The depth and size of the foundation and PCC as recommended by the manufacturer.The cost of this aspect is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. Note:- The contractor shall arrange for artificial load resistive for testing of DG Set at site and the cost is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

PROVISIONAL SUM a) This sum shall be expended wholly or in part as directed by the GE and the work shall be carried out to the extent ordered in writing by the GE. The work under provisional lump sum shall be measured and paid for at the applicable (or prorata) rate in MES schedule adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor. (Contractor to quote lumpsum amount which will be converted to percentage over /below) (b) Excavation and earth work & site development etc required for scope covered under provisional lump sum shall be measured and paid under relevant items of sch ‘A’ part XII, i.e. excavation,earth work and site developement. (A) Provide Provisional sum for :- Construction of Volleyball court - 01 Each (Note: Contractor to quote lumpsum amount in col 7 which will be converted to percentage over / below under col 10)
