M&L for roughening the surfaces of old cement concrete floor by picking, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc. rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound and applying two coats of hot bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.70 Kg/Sqm over vertical sides of sunken floors complete all as specified and directed . (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L cement concrete 1:7:12 with with 40mm graded stone coarse aggregate in sunken floor 150mm thick complete all as specified and directed

M&L vitreous china squatting pan Orissa Pattern, size 580 x 440mm white with integral foot rest including connection to trap, and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc. complete including making good to floor (Make : Hindustan/Parryware/Cera)

M&L 100 mm bore cast iron 'P' or 'S' trap fixed complete with M-SEAL joint to cast iron 100 mm bore pipe duly fixed in position in repairs complete including closing the wall opening in cm 1:3 complete all as specified and directed

M&L 10 ltrs capacity PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets in repairs complete all as specified and directed (Make : Commander/Parryware/ Cera)

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L 32 mm galvanised tubing medium grade as in spout pipe each 50 cm long, cutting to shape as required, cutting through wall of any thickness, fixing in PCC 1:2:4 tpe B-1 making god the damaged portion by rendering in CM (1:4) and finished the surface to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

M&L Non - skid coloured ceramic tiles of size 300mm x 300mm x 6 to 7 mm thick in floors over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and grouted with Epoxy grout to match complete all as specified and directed (Note : Cost of 20 mm thick screed bed and epoxy grouting is included in the rate).
