Dismantling existing Elevator: Dismantling of existing capsule type 16-passenger capacity lift-duly obtaining approval of the Electrical Inspectorate wherever necessary - including all mechanical components and electrical components, stacking the dismantled material at the departmental store including transportation, loading, unloading charges, making the lift location fit for installing new lift. Mega Hostel Tower-1, 2 and 3 (Lift No:- MH-401, MH-403 and MH-406)

SITC of Elevators: Type of Lift : Capsule Type: Design , manufacture, supply ,Installing ,Testing, Commissioning, approvals from Dept of Electrical Inspectorate and Handing over of 15 passenger MRL lift with speed of 1.0 mtr per second, variable voltage, variable frequency drive without machine room for the available well size, operating at 415V three phase, 50 cycles AC supply, powder coated or stainless steel car entrance door enclosure with flooring, car illumination, emergency light, intercom and fan as desired by the user, central opening/ side opening door with or without attendent operation. 7 segment display, kids buttons, call register indicators, foreman drive, SS handrails inside car, full length infrared length curtain in car door, automatic rescue device, voice annunciation in regional languages, Braile buttons with Two year warranty and maintenance. The work includes Chemical earthing (with GI strips 25X3mm), shaft lights (with necessary wiring, MCB, switches & power sockets), providing shaft scaffolding, attending minor builder works such as making niches for fixing brackets, guide rails, counter weights etc, including obtaining lift running licence from the competent authority.

14) Voice announcement system in the car to announce the position of the elevator in the hoist way as the car passes or stops at a floor served by the elevator (in Kannada/Hindi/English) complete with Automatic operated control panel and car safety devices as per IS 1860-1980, and as per attached detailed specifications and additional conditions. 15) Providing scaffolding arrangement in the Hoistway/ Barricading at the Landings for lift erection and dismantling the same after completion of erection, as required. 16) Intercom facility :- a) Lift Car :- Inbuilt intercom b) Reception & machine room :- 1 No. each for Lift passenger to speak with reception/ attender. 17) Car Lighting : 2 Nos. 3W recess type LED fittings with suitable invertor and independent SMF battery backup. 18) Car fan : 1 No. cabin fan suitable for 230 V 50 Hz A.C. supply mounted on car ceiling. 19) Emergency alarm: Alarm bell suitable to work on car light inverter and battery backup

General: Emergency light with maintenance free battery, fireman switch, voice annunciation, governor, car frame, car safety, counter weight, spring buffers, Retiring Cam, Hostway interlocks ,Travelling Cables, overload warning device, Emergency alarm wired to both ground and machine room, intercom and Floor annunciation system for floor indication, manual raising and lowering the lift in case of emergency, UP and down scrolling indicators, overload sensors, all other standard accessories as per the code of practice and wiring materials- all materials of IS standards. The rate quoted is inclusive of providing and removing scaffoldings during erection of lift, cutting and making good the holes, spring buffer bed wooden templates, hiring operating and maintenance of equipment’s required for erection of lifts, obtaining licences (excluding fee) etc Earthing specification; Chemical earthing - 2nos (Obtaining Test report from authorized Agency) Chemical earthing for grounding, conduits, IC cut outs, chambers with covers, earth pit name plates & other equipment’s on the meter board by using copper bonded/ SS rod with earth enhancing backfill compound which is non corrosive , thermally conductive , potential to permissible limits , superior fault conduction capacity , non toxic , weather resistance & capable of achieving ohmic value less than one ohm. a) Using 6 ft copper bonded rod with backfill compound b) GI Strip 25x3mm

Shaft lighting : Supplying & fixing of shaft lights in each floors as per lift norms with necessary switch boards, switches, sockets, MCB's, ELCB's, heavy gauge PVC conduit pipe 2mm thick confirming to IS 2509 with suitable size bends, junction boxes, adhesive paste etc and Wiring for lighting/ power circuit using one of FRLS PVC insulated 1100V grade, multistrand copper with low conductor resistance single core wire in open or concealed system of wiring with specified IS-694:1990. Pit depth : 1.60 Mtr Over Head : 4.50 Mtr Carriage : 2.2X1.10Mtr Car enclosre : SS Car ( 18SWG-Canvas finish ) fitted with 5 sided glass.
