Dismantling of defective components like capacitors, relays, contactors, indication lights from APFC panels and fixed capacitor banks of motors including dismantling of terminations, wirings , hardware etc. , as required at site
Supply of Super Heavy duty capacitors of various capacities rated at 440V, 50 Hz, 3 phase AC complete with terminal cover and discharge device -make standard
Banking of capacitor units to form banks of suitable capacity by electrical interconnection with multistrand copper wires/aluminium bus bars using necessary hardware , lugs, tapes etc. As required at site
Supply of Capacitor duty contactors suitable for capacitors of rating up to 25 kVAr for APFC panel -make L&T/GE/Schneider/Epcos
Supply of Capacitor duty contactors suitable for capacitors of rating up to 10 kVAr for APFC panel -make L&T/GE/Schneider/Epcos
Supply of microprocessor based 12 stage APFC relay with digital display of power factor and other parameters-make Standard
Supply of 32 A TP MCB for replacement of defective MCB in the APFC panel , make L&T/GE/Schneider
Supply of 63 A TP MCB for replacement of defective MCCB in the APFC panel , make L&T/GE/Schneider
Supply of Indication lights of various colours to replace defective lights in APFC panel-make FTC
Installation and connection of various components as described above in APFC panels and fixed capacitor banks using necessary hardware, mounting arrangement and termination with multistrand copper wires , lugs and tapes etc. as required at site
Servicing of APFC panel /Fixed capacitor banks including complete dusting of panel, decarbonising contacts of contactors and other electrical terminations, re-dressing of power & control wiring , proper crimping of lugs, tightening of all nuts & bolts and alignment of doors etc. as required at site
Testing & commissioning of APFC panel and fixed capacitor banks as per required parameters including following i. Continuity and earth test ii. Meggering of all equipment for phase to phase, Phase to neutral and phase to earth. iii. Setting of APFC relay for target power factor iv. All function tests
AMC of Capacitor installation after expiry of warranty period including regular visit of our Engineers to the site to monitor power factor and also attending to SOS calls regarding any breakdown during AMC period
