Upgradation of Laboratory Under Commercial Cultivation of Elite Cricket Bat and Wicker Willows for Industrial Sector in Kashmir (NABARD) at FOF Benhama, SKUAST-K.

Under-bench cabinets shall be supplied, installed, and commissioned as per the specifications detailed below the cabinets shall be finished in pure epoxy powder coating with a coating thickness of 40-60 microns, applied uniformly and cured as per standard industry practices.Cabinets shall be suspended from a tubular support structure, ensuring adequate load-bearing capacity and stability.Shutters, Drawers & Locks, Cabinets shall be provided with a corrosion-resistant magnetic strip serving as the shutter catch. All shutters and drawers shall be fitted with 180-degree cam locks. Semi-recessed handles made of polypropylene (PP) shall be screw-fixed to the shutters. Hinges shall be of SS-30 knuckle overlay type with a 270-degree opening angleA minimum of two (2) hinges shall be screw-fixed to each shutte and cabinet. Unit ConstructionCabinets shall be of welded body construction.Load-bearing members such as the top, bottom, and stiffeners shall be manufactured from material having a minimum thickness of 0.8 mm.Drawer separators shall be of 1.2 mm thickness. Shelves shall be made from 0.8 mm thick material. Shelves shall be adjustable in six (6) steps, with an increment of 50 mm per step. Shutters shall be of the over-closing type. Shutters shall have a sandwich door construction, comprising a shutter front and shutter cover. A 1.2 mm thick hinge stiffener shall be provided. The internal void shall be filled with 15 mm thick paper honeycomb for effective sound dampening. Drawers shall be of single-piece welded construction. Drawer fronts shall be of over-closing sandwich construction, filled with 15 mm thick paper honeycomb for sound dampening. Dimensions Cabinets shall be provided in 450 mm an 600 mm widths, as specified in the schedule of quantities. All fasteners, fittings, and accessories shall be corrosion resistant. The complete assembly shall be rigid, durable, and suitable for long-term use under operating conditions.

P/F wall hangings cabinets/Under Counters made of mild steel coated with pure epoxy powder of thickness around 50 microns the members such as top bottom & stiffners have minimum thickness of 0.8mm & should be load bearing welded body construction type a shelf in each cabinet 0.8 mm thick adjustable in multiples of 150 mm. The shutters/frame shall be provided with corrosin resistant magnetic catcher, 180 degree cam lock, hinges(2 in each shutter) and handles to be amde of SS-304 grade. It should have sandwich door construction with shutter front and shuter cover with 1.2 mm thick hinge stiffener. Empty gap to be be filled with 15 mm thick paper honeycomb for sound dampening units should be 750 mm wide (ie 375 each shutter) depth of cabinets shall be 340mm (including c/o all material, leads, lifts, and carriages etc. upto site of complete as per the directions of Engineer I/C
