Stripping and stacking Cement /iron sheets of a roof including ridging, flashing, eaves boards gutters and down pipes(CSR item no 8.11)

Dismantling of old cement/asbestos roofing sheets including removal, disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(NS)

Corrugated G.I. Sheet roofing 0.80 mm thick fixed with galvanized iron J or L hooks 10mm dia, G.I. Limpot and bitumen washers complete excluding the cost of purling rafters and trusses(CSR item no 13.18)

Ridges and valleys 45 cm overall, in plain G.I. Sheet 0.80mm fixed with galvanzed iron J. and L. hooks 10mm diameter, G.I. Limpet and bitumen washers complete(CSR item no 13.21)

Providing and fixing polycarbonate sheet sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws with EPDM seal, and the joints shall be provided with aluminium strips at top and bottom as a seal complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and i ncluding cutting to size and shape wherever required.(CSR item no 13.27 V)(D)Pollycarbonate sheet 2mm thick solid type

Providing and installing Air Wind Turbine for C.G.I Shed at Workshop Division. As per AOR

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc. ISI Marked)trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bol ted with special shaped washers etc. complete having span:-Up to 15.00 Mtr. Span (CSR item no 18.52( a) ) Use z section 15+60+160+60+15=310mm 310x5500x5x7.85=66.921kg say =67kg

Above 15.00 mt. Span including the cost for machinery i.e. Hydra cranes etc. for hoisting in position.(CSR item no 18.52(b) )

Applying priming coat with metal primer on new steel or iron work including preparation of surface CSR 2020 (16.20)

Painting two or more coats with aluminum paint to give an even shade excluding priming coatCSR 2020 (16.25)
