SPL REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF OLD UNSERVICEABLE REWIRING AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS OF PANAGARH AND PROVN OF 17 BOLLARD LIGHT AT Y JUNCTION (NEAR GE (P) OFFICE) AT PMS

Taking down carefully aluminium conductor point wiring (light,fan,socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches,ceiling roses, pendants, regulators ,sockets etc. and removing (except those to be reused shall be kept in safe custody at the site ) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.to match with the existing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for concealed point wiring for fan/light point controlled by one one way switch complete with 1.5 sq mm FRLSH,PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor single core cable 1100 volts grade (Red/yellow/blue wires for phases and black wire for neutral),drawn into and including non metalic PVC rigid conduit medium grade of suitable size and conduit accessories fixed on wall, floor, roof etc. and including PVC FRLSH insulated 1.5 sq mm copper conductor for earth continuity (Green Colour) and connected to common earth dolly including sunken in GI terminal box 2.8 mm thick bakelite hylam sheet cover, ISI marked with CM/L no. for mounting switch & sockets ect. Note : a) Note :- Cost of PVC conduit, cutting chases of wal/ceilingl, making good disturbed wall surfaces including finishing with cement mortor 1:4, matching with existing colour/paint of surface are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

All as per item No.2 here-in-before but 5 Amp socket on same board with other switches.

All as per BOQ item No 2.00 here-in-before but for one power pointt using by 2.50 sq mm FRLSH,PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor single core cable 1100 volts grade (Red Colour use for Phase & Black Colour use for Neutral), and with and including FRLSH,PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor single core 2.50 sq mm conductor for earth continuity (Green Colour) , on independent board ( but Not below the switch board of light points in the same vertical plane).

All as per BOQ item No 2.00 here-in-before but for one power pointt using by 4.00 sq mm FRLSH,PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor single core cable 1100 volts grade (Red Colour use for Phase & Black Colour use for Neutral), and with and including FRLSH,PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor single core 4.00 sq mm conductor for earth continuity (Green Colour) , on independent board ( but Not below the switch board of light points in the same vertical plane).

Material & Labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 sq mm FRLSH, PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor single core cable 1100 volts grade (Red Colour use for Phase & Black Colour use for Neutral),drawn into and including PVC casing- caping (double interlock type) of not less than 20mm width with accessories and fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, crosses, junction box etc, fixed on wall/ceiling with GI saddles, GI screws, rawl plugs etc. for one light/fan/ bell point controlled by one switch including pressed steel terminal box powder coated of suitable size with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of approved make for housing/mounting switches, sockets & regulators etc. and drawing 1.5 sq. mm copper solid conductor PVC insulated, unsheated cable as earth continuity conductor, connected to common earth and earth dolly , all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note :- Cost of PVC casing & capping, making good disturbed wall surfaces including finishing with cement mortor 1:4, matching with existing colour/paint of surface are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
