Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 Km 0/0 - 1/440.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (Gravel shoulder) Km 0/0 - 1/0.

Repair to pot holes by removal of failed material, trimming the sided to vertical and levelling the bottom, cleaning the same with compresed air or any appropriate method, filled with 50mm Busk using 45mm IRC size HBG metal after applying bitumen emulsion prime coat at the bottom and bitumen emulsion tack coat on sides and on bottom as per technical specification Clauses,502,503 and 504.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Bituminous Concrete (BC) Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30mm thick with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading,premixed with bituminous @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT & H speciications clause 507 complete in all respects km 0/0-1/440.

ROAD MARKING WITH HOT APPLIED THERMOPLASTIC COMPOUND WITH REFLECTORISING GLASS BEADS ON BITUMINOUS SURFACE Providing and Laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass breads as per IRC 35. The Finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc complete as per MORTH specification No :803 km 0/0-1/440.

Providing and fixing of retro -reflectorised Cautionary,mandatory and information sign as per IRC: 67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting,1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mmX75mmx6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450mmx450mmX600mm,600mm below ground level as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 801 - 600mm Equilateral triangle or Size as per IRC :67-2001

Provision for Road Furniture at T-Junction improvements Providing and erecting of Retro - reflectorized cautionary , Mandatory and Informatory signs (without definition board) made out of High Intensity Prismatic Grade Sheeting confirming to Type - IV standards of IRC - 67: 2012 and ASTM D -09, Specification and fixed over 2mm thick Aluminium sheet fixed over a black supporting frame of25MMx25mmx3mm Mild steel angle and supported on a mild steel angle post 75x75x6 mm with a clear height of not less than 2.10m from the ground level to the bottom of the sign board and 0.60m below ground level. The sign post should be painted as per IRC 67-2012 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundadation with M15 grade cement concrete 45cmx45cmx60cm size including cost and conveyance of all materials , equipment , Machinary and labour with all leads and lifts, loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer in charge. Higj intensity Retro Reflectro sheet shall consist of minimum coefficient of Retro - reflection as per Table 6.6 of IRC 67-2012. The retro - reflective sheeting shall be covered under 7 year warranty issued for field performance and a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67 - 2012 ( as per MORTH Specification No 801) Stop Sign Board - 75 cm high Octagon
