Dismantling clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for reuse for any thickness of walls of Brick or stone masonry in cement mortar walls under 3m height etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earth work excavating for foundation in all kinds of soils and sub soils and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m and initial lift of 2 m except hard rock requiring blasting to full depth as may be directed inclusive of shoring strutting, bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing Plain Cement Concrete M10 grade using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40mm to I.S specified grading (To achieve the specified characteristic strength of 10N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling / pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and vibrating, water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing Plain Cement Concrete M15 grade using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40% of 20mm and 60% of 40mm down graded to I.S specified grading (To achieve the specified characteristic strength of 15N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer of the placement site by baling / pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and vibrating, water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specifications, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits without strutting for plain surface with all cross bracings using Mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm. Thickness of B.G. 10 stiffened with welded Mild steel angles of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over country wood joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at 90cm. Center to center etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits with strutting upto 3m height for plain surface with all cross bracings using Mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm. Thickness of B.G. 10 stiffened with welded Mild steel angles of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding. laid over country wood joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at 90cm. Center to center and supported by Casuarina props of 10 to 13cm dia. (spaced at 75cm) center to center etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456-2000 using 20mm and downgraded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maxium water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticizer/Super plasticizer) in recommended proportions asper IS 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m) 7730 kg of 20 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum.) 5156 kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcemnt grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including and laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregate to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards ( no separate payment will be made by the deapartment for the excess usage of materials)

Supplying and fabrication and placing in position of Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor steel for all RCC works including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and erection of Screw gearing steel shutters of size above upto 1.00 m width consist shutters of skin plate made out of 8mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 65x65x6mm mild steel angle at an interval not more than 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 8mm mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipment. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipment. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer. The rate including cost of materials consumables, labours power charges, conveyance charges for all equipment required conveying the dismantled materials to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operation of shutter and warranty for 5 years etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 50mm dia Screw Rod made up of Mild Steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set Assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the worksite. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod,conveying and stacking at section store. The Screw rod should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Top Beam made up of 150x75mm (ISMB 150) duly drilled to suit the Head Set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25mm mild steel round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60m with necessary Fish plate made out of 12mm mild steel plate of size 0.30x 0.15m 2 Nos with required holes.Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the work site. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent in correct position including dismantling the existing eroded top beam, conveying and stacking and the section stores. The top beam should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of Red Oxide primer. The Rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, cost of petty civil works conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc.., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating supplying and fixing of shutter Groove Angle made up of 65 x 65 x 6 mm Mild Steel angle for required height including welding hold fast of size 25 x 25 x 6 mm Mild steel angle 2 Nos on both sides and conveying and leading the groove angle to the vents. Fixing the angle to the grooves in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged groove angles, conveying and stacking at section store. The Groove angle should be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance, petty civil works and warranty for 5 years etc.,complete etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of Head Set Assembly Light duty with hexagonal nut (approximate 50 Kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and the hexagonal nut threaded to suit the Screw Rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required rust free bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged Head set assembly, supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for wooden pattern, moulding and charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m and initial lift of 2 m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earthwork in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying for formation of bund with a lead of 1Km (MR) deploying earth moving machinery and tippers including benching, formation of bunds, breaking clods, sectioning, compaction by power roller with watering and consolidation in layers of not more than 15cm thick etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earth work excavation deploying earth moving Machineries for desilting channel having a width of 3m to 10m and forming bund on either side and depositing the earth on banks including jungle clearance etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling of gravel on bank Cement Concrete Lining including bed and side slope or apron including the cost of gravel, conveyance of materials, stocking to the standard gauge spreading, consolidation and compacting by power roller etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Casting of precast cement concrete slabs size 45 x 7.5 x 30 cm Plain Cement Concrete of mix 1:2:4(one cement, two sand and four aggregate) using 20mm size hard broken stone jelly and mixing the concrete and laying the concrete in stell moulds after oiling them properly at casting yard and vibrating finishing the top surface smoothy placing the slab along with mould and abse plate in the casting yard, removing the mould carefully after initial setting. Placing the slab in the curing bond after 24 hours from the time of casting, removing them from the curing bond after 7 days of curing, stacking them in the stacking yard with in a lead of 100m and curing them from the full period by spinking water as directed by them conveying the precast cement concrete slabs from the casting yard as specified in the lead statement to the work site including all charges such as for loading at casting yard, conveying the slabs and unloading to the work site and laying the precast cement concrete slabs in the slope of the canal/ river to the correct alignment and section of the canal/ River with joints less than 7.50mm thick, packing with Cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) and doing simultaneous flush pointing with the same mortar to full depth of slabs and finishing neatly and curing for 21 days as directed by the departmental officers excluding the sleeper and the charges for laying the binders if any involved in the work complying with standard specification water proofing compound use in cement mortar as per standard specifications - For SLOPE BINDERS
