The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured tested and supplied satisfactorily at least similar type of Self Propelled Tree Maintenance Platform Machine 1 nos. in any one of the last 5 years (i.e. from financial year 2020-21 to 2024-25) The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after 2020.(Attach work done / satisfactorily supplied certificate and satisfactory operation certificate from the Govt/ Semi Govt / ULBs/State or central Govt undertakings) (Work done certificate should be signed by the employer in charge or an above the rank of an executive engineer or equivalent)

Tenders of tenderers quoting as authorized representative of a manufacturer meeting with the above requirement in full can also be considered provided. (i) The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per GCC and SCC or (ii)Thetenderer, as authorized representative, has supplied installed satisfactorily at least Supply of similar type of Self Propelled Tree Maintenance Platform Machine 1 nos. in any one of the last 5 years (i.e. from financial year 2020-21 to 2024-25) The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after 2020. The tenderer should furnish the information on all past supplies and satisfactory performance for both 1.(a) and 1. (b) above, in proforma under Section XII.

Tenderer should have achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover (i.e. from financial year 2020-21 to 2024-25) (in all classes of goods supply works only) of Rs. 24.95 Lakhs (usually not less than the estimated cost under this contract) (UDIN number is mandatory)

Tenderer must submit Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.7.49 Lakhs (Unconditional credit lines/letter of credit/ Banker certificates from the Nationalized banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. as per the government notification format (enclosed)

Tenderer should submit Certificate of registration of the Company under the companies act, 1956 or registered with the Concerned Statutory Authorities under relevant act.

Tenderer offering to supply goods under the contract which the Tenderer did not manufacture of otherwise produce, the Tenderer has been duly authorized (as per authorization form in Section XIII) by the goods manufacturer or produce to supply the goods in India.

Tenderer should submit GST Registration Certificate.

Tenderer firm /company should not be blacklisted by any government organization. The Tenderer shall furnish an document for not having Black Listed earlier by the Firm / Company represented by its Proprietor / Partners / Directors / Chairman / Managing Director / Office Bearers in the Business Transactions of any Government / Semi-Government / Government Undertaking / Public Sector Organizations / any other Departments.
