Supply, installation, Testing and commissioning of double wound copper transformer step down, outdoor type complete with standard fittings, primary voltage of HT 11000 Volts and secondary LT 433 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire with frequency 50 c/s. Provided with 7 No of off load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage within range of +5% to - 10% (in steps of 2.5%), star delta connections with vector group of Dyn 11, Impedance of 4.5% and including first filling of transformer oil as per IS:335 and colour coating with one coat of primer and two coats of BS grey colour. Losses all as per IS:1180 (Level - ii) of capacity of 400 KVA with all standard accessiories required proper functioning of Transformer including the following :

Contractor should intimate one month in advance for commissioning of the same. Necessary arrangement for testing to be done by the contractor . Rates for the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply of Trolley size of 3658mm Length X 1829mm Width X 2300mm Height with main chassis of size 100mm X 50mm MS channel of 6 mm thick, support channel of size 75mm X 40mm MS channel of 6 mm thick and floor with 8 mm thick chequred plate. Side walls made up with welded wire mesh and Rear door fixed by hinges & lock. Axle 02 Nos of 63mm square, rim double plated 04 Nos. Tyres 04 Nos of size 7-50:16. Toe hook shall be made of forged steel, suspension system axle will be fitted with leaf spring and roof covered with GI sheet. Isolator and fuse mountings are of 63X63X40cm Box Pipe including connection between transformer and switch fuse box , 500 amps main switch 4 pole with HRC fuse protection , 50x50x5mm MS Angle and 75x38 mm " C" Channel clamp 2 nos for transformer. Carrying capacity of 5 Ton for mounting of 400 KVA Transformer. Rate quoted by the contractor inclusive of the following : (i) connection with flexible single core copper cable 1100 volt grade of size suitable for full load current ratings of transformer from transformer to Mainswitch. (ii) Main switch 500 amps 4 pole with and incl HRC fuse including necessary fixing arrangement with its closed enclosure. Supply, connect, testing and commissioning of HT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cable heavy duty with standard aluminium conductor 11000 volts (Earthed) grade corss sectional area of 95 Sqmm 3 Core confirming to IS:7098 Part-II laid in trenches/floors complete all as directed.

Supply, lay, connect test and commissioning of LT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC tape innersheathed, armoured electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area of 240 Sqmm 3.5 Core confirming to IS:7098 Part-I laid in trenches/floors complete including lugs all as directed.

Supply, lay, connect test and commissioning of LT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC tape innersheathed, unarmoured electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area of 240 Sqmm single core confirming to IS:7098 Part-I laid in trenches/floors complete including lugs all as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation of PCC/Steel pole, laying of cable in trenches etc and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L filling approved river sand in trenches for sand cushioning of laying of cables to the full width of excavated trench 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm above the cable, gently punned down, stretching and testing of cable on transformer yard etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of sand cushion after punning down shall be measured for payment.

M&L brick protection with common burnt brick sub class 'B' of size 230x115x75 mm for cable protection complete all as specified by engr-in-charge.

S&F cable route indicator for HT UG cable of 11000 volts bolted with 40x6 mm flat iron member of height 0.60 mtrs and 80 mm CI plate embeded in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 of size 20x20x30 cm block complete all as specified

Supply & lay Galvanised Iron tubing 80mm bore, light grade in protection of cable at road crossing/hard standing/pole protection fixed with MS clamps, nut bolts and washer as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting of road/hard standing upto a size not exceeding 30 cm in width and not exceeding 90 cm in depth for laying of HT UG cable/protection pipe line making good the disturbed portion so as to match existing finishing with PCC 1:2:4 type B1/cement mortar in CM (1:2) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ,Fixing and testing of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.
