M & L, Repairs to pot holes exc 30mm depth & not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to a regular shapes, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, using paving bitumen, putting in premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled , well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, binded with 0.09cum of stone chippings 6.3mm size and again well ramed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) and compacted to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and as derected by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L, for preparation of existing black top surfaces with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen (VG-10) over prepared surface , complete all as specified and as derected by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L, Bitmuminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by wt of total mix using paving bitumen (VG-10) any penetration laid with mechenical paver, rolled and consolidated to reqd camber and gradient complete using hot mix plant and spreading with mechanised paver, complete all as specified and as derected by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L, Premix bituminous, macadam with 4% binder content by wt of total mix using paving bitumen (VG-10) any penetration laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) ), as level correction, complete all as specified and as derected by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing bituminous surface of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre line, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like exc 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262 -1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactures instruction, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1,complete all as specified and as derected by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instruction including taking down of existing one.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out hard / dense soil, complete all as specified and as derected by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as erected by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement. M & L concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required , complete all as specified and as derected by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete coloured interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade, complete all as specified and as derected by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and as derected by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for hard core of broken stone of boulders of guage n.exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface,complete all as specified and as derected by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, complete all as specified and as derected by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of Synthetic enamel paint of any description on new plastered surfaces or concrete surface or kerb stone surface of any description over 10cm girth or width not other wise described over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Cautionary /warning sign boards of equilateral triangular shape having each side of 900 mm with support length of 3650 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc,complete all as specified and as derected by Engr-in-Charge.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Retro reflective regulatory sign board of size 900 mm dia meter made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro -reflective sheeting as approved by Engineer-in-charge . Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC - 67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4 mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No. 50x50 mm square post made of M.S. angle 50x50x4 mm, 4 m long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement .Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat, complete all as specified and as derected by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Traffic Barricades of HDPE material. Height and weight of Traffic Barricades are 7500 GM and 1473 mm respectively of model No. DA 821 as per manufactures instruction, complete all as specified and as derected by Engr-in-Charge.
