Excavation in post holes ( or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 CUM and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in foundation/mass filling complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, copings etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble masonry Secunderabad type, well bedded, bonded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 7 above, but except stone complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for broken glass coping on top of wall in CM (1:3), complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape reqd including cranking bending spirally for hooking columns hookings ends binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel TMT 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups spaces and binder complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-Cast RCC (1:2:4) Type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Cover Slab drains and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

M&L for providing pre cast RCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in posts, struts etc area exc 100 and n exc 250 Sqcm with or without chamfered angles complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors/pavings n.exc 15cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) Type C1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Surface Channels and Drains, etc., including use and waste of necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth protection / paths laid in alternative bays finished even and smooth without using extra cement including making 10 mm wide grooves to full depth at the junction of wall and plinth protection, at 3 metre interval and every change of direction duly filling the grooves with mixture of bitumen and sand mixed in the ratio of 1:3 by weight and top 10 mm depth to be sealed with ceiling compound grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B1 by using 20mm graded stone aggregate 1:2:4 as in flooring etc. including finishing the surface smooth and even w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete type B1 by using 20mm graded stone aggregate 1:2:4 as in paths etc laid in panels including finished surface smooth and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing the same from Site(s) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete (1:2:4) Type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, cills, kerbs, bed plates, copings, roof kerbs, etc., rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of formwork as required complete all as specified and directed.

Removing/dismantling of rusted and unserviceable barbed wire fencing of any size (each line) and any position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire of 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straing and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts incl securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples and pins etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 23 above, but fixing only complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Serviceable barbed wire obtained from item No.22 above shall be reused.

Restraining resucuring including making good staples etc., steel barbed wire of any dia barbed with barbs spacings complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old damaged chain link fencing wire mesh any type and size complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh size and type to any type of standards and including provn of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link galvanised fencing of any type or size, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS work as in fencing post and strurts including cutting tops to make shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillet (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting, riveting etc and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS framed work as in doors and chowkats or gates of angles or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering) of grade Fe 410-w Gde-250 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings etc. framed guard bars etc with end of bars shouldered riveted or angle into spikes framed guard bars ,and similar work conforming to grade Fe 290-0 Gde E -165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for structural steel work for rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hips and jack rafters, purlins, running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates of grade Fe-410-W complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.80 mm thick Mild steel plain black sheet in water troughs, gutters, wall cladding, ducts, etc cut to size, profiles, edges beaded if reqd, holes punched, including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to steel members etc with plain 40mm lap joints or welded/riveted seams including bending, turning, etc as required, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoin, arches, pillars, etc. of any descriptions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with flyash 'B' bricks (old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6.00m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut in skirting /dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick walls or on concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., and removing same from the site(s) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted on plastered surface walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for three coats of white wash on newly plastered surface of walls including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Raking out cement mortar joints on Random Rubble stone masonary wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 30mm thick Paving tiles using white cement and pigments of size 380mm x 380mm with wear resistant coating of approved design laid with cement slurry @ 3Kg/ Sqm over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down rain water pipes or drain pipes, (PVC/SWG), (any size or pattern) (wall or floor) including all fittings heads, shoes bends, swan-necks etc including cleaning or refixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110 mm bore UPVC/PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, laid in trench, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 56, above but 75mm bore
