SCHEDULE A BOQ

Supply & fix TPN, MCB 20 to 32 amp, 415 v, 50 Hz AC suitable for ‘C’ curve, 10 KA breaking capacity complete conforming to IS 8828 of 1996 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sub main wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade multi stranded copper conductor cable 4 runs of 10 sqmm drawn through in and including suitable size PVC casing capping and all accessories fixed to wall/floors along with 2 runs of 10 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multi stranded cable 1100V grade as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

Note for Item No 3:- (a) 4 runs of 10 sqmm cable along with 2 runs of 10 sqmm cable for earth conductor and one run of PVC casing capping shall be measured as one length.

(b) Connections of cables with MCBs or bus bars shall be done through appropriate size brass/copper thimbles.

S&F factory made powder coated distribution board SP & N 8 way double door, including bus bar, Neutral bar, standard DIN rail, earth bar complete all as specified and conforming to IS: 8623 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB SPN 32 Amp , 240 v, 50 Hz AC suitable for ‘C’ curve, 10 KA breaking capacity complete conforming to IS 8828 of 1996 all as specified.

M&L point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) 1100 volt grade cable for phase & neutral drawn through PVC casing and capping fixed on surface of wall, columns etc including PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) copper conductor as earth wire and connected to earth dolly for one switch socket outlet 3 pin 5 Amps on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix modular Socket, 6A/16A - 2/3 pin combined, 2 module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix modular switch 1 way 6 Amp,1 module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix modular Metal flush box, 3 module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix modular White cover plate with frame, 3 module complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Rotational moulded polythene water storage tank of 500 Ltrs capacity (ISI Marked) cylinderical vertical with closed top including 3 Nos GI check nuts and tank nipple of 25mm bore for inlet and outlet hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part -I complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for making connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main of sizes 16 to 40 mm bore by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F ball brass valves of size 25mm bore, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 25 mm outer dia of pipes 3-layer PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) pipes concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN-16 @ 20°C) UV stablised and anti microbial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. all as specified and directed.

Note for item No 19 :- (a) The unit rate shall include the cost of short lengths, with all pipe fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces connectors, elbows, reducers, unions, sockets etc and fixing accssories such as pipe hooks, screws clamps etc

(b ) Wall thickness of pipes shall be all as per IS : 15801

Supply and fixing PP-R Gate Valves (Brass insert) 32 mm outer dia with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Galvanised steel water tubing, medium grade of size 20 mm bore with all fittings and laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PP-R Gate Valves (Brass insert) 25 mm outer dia with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exe 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth for laying cable, pipes etc and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5 m above complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of maintenance free chemical earthing system comprising 17mm dia copper bonded rod 3 mtr long horizontally pre welded T-terminal rod with provision for connection size of 50 x 150mm long, 6mm thickness with equal space either side, with 12mm dia hole of 02 numbers each on either side of the terminal clamp with 250 microns (average) coating thickness, tested and certified by CPRI India alongwith 50 Kg earth energizer compound and 10 litres earth resistance reducing liquid. The earthing energizer compound and resistance reducing earthing liquid shall be tested as per IEC-62561-7 read with ASTM G57-06, CI 3.4 A by any NABL accredited lab. The above mentioned rod shall be installed in 4-6 inch bore, 12 feet depth with a distance of minimum 3 meters between each installation complete all as specified and directed.

The unit quoted rate shall deem to be included for the following :- (i) Prior to installation of maintenance free chemical earthing, soil resistivity test to be carried out at the location where earthing work to be done in presence of Engr-in- Charge/JE (E/M),user and the report has to submit to Garrison Engineer with recommendation of manufacturer, if required additional interconnection of earthing (not more than 04 number of earthing) to achive earth result less than 1 Ohms. The arrangement done for soil resistivity testing and submission of report with recommendation deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(ii) The description/ size/ qty of items mentioned in above are for indicating only however qty/ size may vary at site condition to maintain the earth resistance 1 ohm. The contractor shall quote rate by considering all factors.

(iii) Rate of earth energizer compound of 25 Kg of 02 bags and earth resistance reducing liquid 10 litre per cane for each pit deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(iv) Resistivity of earth energizer compound and resistance reducing earthing liquid shall be certified by any NABL accredited lab carried out as per IEC-62561-7 read with ASTMG57-06, CI-3.4A and the certificate of same shall be submitted by the contractor before commencement of work.

(v) Earthing shall be tested after completion of work by the contractor in presence of Engr-in-charge, user and proper record shall be maintened duly signed by all concerned. After testing if the desired earth resistance of less than 1 Ohm is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to Govt. till desired result is obtained.

(vi) Earth resistance tester will be provided by the contractor. Tester should be calibrated from authorised company/ lab.

(vii) The contractor shall give a written guarantee of minimum three years for maintaining the earth resistance less than 1 Ohm after certified date of completion.

(viii) No further maintenance or periodic watering or recharge shall be required in earthing during its guarantee period of over 03 years in all type of soil including soft/ disintegrated or hard rock.

(ix) During the guarantee period, if earth resistance is not maintained less than 1 ohm the contractor has to redo or rectify at no extra cost to Govt till desired result is mainained.

(x) A security deposit of value equal to 2.5 % of the rate quoted for chemical earthing per each earthing shall be retained from payment due to the contractor for the guarantee period.

(xi) Earth enhancing material should not leach into the adjacent soil or underground water channels and its PH valve should be in neutral range complete all as specified and as directed. It should solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete.

(xii) The electrode shall carry manufacturer's name .

(xiii) The connection clamp shall be permanentlly welded to the copper bounded rod to avoid any kind of connectivity loss,.The pre-welded copper bounded rod shall not need any additional clamp for termination.

(xiv) Copper strip of size 20 x 3 mm should be fixed on proper post insulator at the instrument end (cost for copper strip up to 7.5m is deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate). Any additional requirement will be paid and measured seperately inder relevent item here-in-below

(xv) The acceptable earth resistance at earth busbar/ test point shall not be more than 0.1 ohm.

(xvi) The contractor shall submit CPRI India certified document for copper bonded rod to ensure genuity of material.

(xvii) Sign board of mild steel 2 mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer showing result of earthing should be fixed near the earth pit after completion as directed by engr -in- charge.

(xviii) Earth work such as auguring and making good the surrounding area shall carried out in any type of soil.

S & F Earth pit cover made of heavy duty poly plastic of high grade polypropylene tested and certified by any NABL accredited lab for load bearing capacity not less than 9.2 tonnes with top dia not less than 250mm, bottom dia not less than 330 mm and height not less than 260 mm dia for each electrode pit complete all as specified and directed.

Note for Item No 47 :- The contractor shall submit load bearing capacity certificate from the manufacturer.

Supply and fixing copper strip 20 x 3mm thick as earthing lead fixed to wall/roofs etc all as directed.

S&F epoxy base insulators of suitable size 40mm height for fixing copper earth strip on wall/ceiling/floor/poles etc.

Supply and fix Water heater with storage type, vertical, electric single phase 240 V, 2 KW heating element, Capacity 25 ltrs, BEE 5 star rated complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No 51 :- The Contractor shall give a written guarantee for a period of two years from completion of work.

Supply & fix single pole MCB 6 to 32 Amps, 240 v, 50 Hz AC suitable for ‘C’ curve, 10 KA breaking capacity conforming to IS 8828 of 1996 complete all as specified and directed.

Note for Item No 54:- (a) 2 runs of 4 sqmm cable along with 1 run of 4 sqmm cable for earth conductor and one run of PVC casing and capping shall be measured as one length.

(b) Connections of cables with MCBs or bus bars shall be done through appropriate size brass/copper thimbles.

Supply & fix industrial type metal clad plug top & socket single pole and a neutral link earth enclosure with one MCB SP 20 Amp complete all as specified and directed.
