Notes:

Demolishing brick masonry made in cement mortar work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of Asbestos Cement roofing sheet including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 meters lead and as per instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

20 mm cement plaster of mix : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position over concrete/brickwork/size stone masonry, fencing, gates etc all the structural steel items like m.s.plates, m.s.angles, m.s.pipes, m.s.rounds, m.s.flats, m.s.square bars, m.s. tubes and other sections with all joints welded, necessary fixing of lugs, anchor bolts, required rubber gasket/sheet if any and painting with two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of primer, complete with all byeworks at all heights and levels as per drawings, specifications and instructions of the Engineer Incharge. etc at all lifts as per specifications and instructions of Engineer in charge with a shop coat of primer etc complete.

Providing and fixing Powder coated Trapezoidal profiled Galvolume sheets for roofing and cladding using sheets in 0.5mm TCT (Total coated Thickness) and 550 Mpa Yield strength (Roofing/cladding sheets are to be fixed with self drilling self fastening screws, including fastening screws cost) etc complete as directed.

a) Roofing/cladding sheets with powder coat Galvolume sheets

b) Galvolume Ridge sheets of 500 to 600 mm wide

Supply & fixing of 30 mm thick PUFF panels over a roof / wall of JSW, TATA or equivalent make (Baby Ribbed Finish on Inner and outer in plain colour coated Galvalume sheet with CHC/HCFC free polyurethane foam as the core which is injected between the two sheets with highly sophisticated computer controlled foaming machine. The panel is manufactured by using continuous foaming method. PUFF_PREFABRICATED panels compramising of 5 corrugation-250 mm pitch with exterior baby ribs for extra strength and 1000 mm cover width made and total width of 1070 mm. Polyurethane foam density of 40+/- 2 Kg/m3 in 30 mm thick shall be supplied. The work shall be carried out as per manufactures specifications and as per instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
