S/R to Raghuagarad to Marthapur road for the year 2025-26.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 meters including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil within initial leads and lift including rough dressing ,leveling bed and depositing the excavated materials away from the working areacomplete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4.of MORD specification for Rural roads & as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular subbase Grading-III material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm with mechanical/manual broom clause 502 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision) etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion(MS) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous surfaces cleaned with mechanical broom including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge workscomplete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of 13mm nominal size (Grading-I) premixed with bituminous binder of VG-30 of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads transporting to site by mechanical means (within a lead of 5Km) spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300-2 & Clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (4th revision) and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
