Earth work excavation over areas in mass cutting and filling by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means to required profile, level, grade, camber etc. in all soils as mentioned below (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.50 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan area) including dressing of excavated area, filling the low spots/ areas with approved excavated materials in layers not exceeding 150 mm watering, consolidation etc. and disposing /stacking the surplus excavated materials within a lead of 300 m and all inherent lift etc to the required location etc complete all as per specification, drawing and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying sub-base to water bound macadam (WBM) 230 mm consolidated thickness as specified below with 90-40mm single sort aggregate, stone screeding 12.5mm in one/two layers of 150 mm thick each, laid loose and consolidated to 115 mm thickness including breaking stone if required, screening, sorting, spreading to regular line, level, template and supplying and blinding with stone grit, watering, consolidating each layer properly with 8 to 10 tonnes power roller including cost of all materials, labour, finishing to proper gradients, camber etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 50 mm thick hot mixed and hot laid bituminous macadam using graded metal 20mm down, bitumen not less than 3.7% by weight of total mix of grade VG-30 60/70; including cleaning the existing water bound macadam road surface/ asphalt road surface by wire brushing, brooming, providing tack coat at 7.5 kg of bitumen per 10 sq.m , mechanical mixing, transporting, mechanical spreading, machine laying to required line, level, camber and compacting thoroughly with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Providing and laying 25 mm thick hot mixed hot laid premixed bituminous concrete as Seal coat using 10 mm down graded stone aggregate, bitumen not less than 7% by weight of total mix of grade VG-30; over bituminous macadam or water bound macadam road surface /asphalt road surfaces, cleaning the road surfaces by wire brushing, brooming including mechanical mixing, transporting, mechanical spreading, machine laying to required line, level, camber and compacting thoroughly with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge.
Providing and laying stone pitching 230 mm thick using spotless stones including preparation of surfaces, cutting, leveling and dressing the undulations, setting the stones to proper slopes etc. including grouting the joints in stone pitching with CM 1:3 and pointing the surface with same mortar etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and fixing factory made precast full batter Kerb stones manufactured by M/s. Super tile and Marbles Pvt. Ltd.or M/s Basant Betons, conforming to IS 5758: 1984 ,made up of Cement Concrete of grade not less than M25, and having size 500 x 325 x 100 mm, of approved pattern and design, curved at inner edge of 20 mm radius, fixing with CM 1:3, jointing and pointing in CM 1:3 etc., complete as per specification and as directed by EIC.
Providing and fixing factory made precast bull nose Kerb stones manufactured by M/s. Super tile and Marbles Pvt. Ltd.or M/s Basant Betons, conforming to IS 5758: 1984 ,made up of Cement Concrete of grade not less than M25, and having size 500 x 325 x 100 mm, of approved pattern and design, curved at inner edge of 20 mm radius and having 150 mm dia hole at the center, including providing & fixing C.I grating in the hole, fixing with CM 1:3, jointing and pointing in CM 1:3 etc. , complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge and as approved from the catalogue.
Providing and laying 50 mm thick rough Shahabad stone paving in footpaths /walkways, over a bed of 150 mm thick stone dust to proper slope including cutting the edges to proper lines and sunk pointing with cement mortar 1:3 with 15 x 10 mm groove crosswise & longitudinally & curing etc. complete as per directions by EIC.
Providing, laying & fixing precast interlocking paver blocks manufactured by M/s. Super tile and Marbles Pvt. Providing and laying 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 in single coat using ready mixed plaster of approved manufacturers at all locations to correct line, level, plane and plumb for cable pits trenches, chambers,steps etc., finished smooth with neat cement finish, including preparing the surface, scaffolding, curing etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Disposing off the surplus excavated materials and debris by mechanical transport with all lead at nearest approved disposal ground of MCGM including all lifts, loading, unloading all as per guidelines of Construction and Demolition (C&D) waste management plan as approved by MCGM & as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing in position G. I. Chain link fencing of 4mm dia and mesh size of 50mm X 50mm as per existing wall above RCC coping including fixing the chain link to M. S. angle vertical support and Top member at 2.00 mtrs center to center ( MS Angle supports shall be paid under relevant item) by providing 6mm dia GI 'J' hooks, bolts, nuts, washers and 6mm dia MS fixing bars and including painting the Chain link fencing with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour over a coat of approved ETCH/ Zinc Chromate primer etc., complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Note: 1) The scope of work includes HDPE pipe accessories such as couplers, cable end plugs, cable sealing plugs etc.
Providing and fixing 'B' class GI pipe of required diameter and quality for sleeves, spouts, cable entry from pitch to each service box, walls, DG foundation etc. at all floors and locations including cutting of pipes as required, bending and embedding in masonry/ concrete work or burying underground with necessary cement mortar or burying under ground, making good the surfaces, including painting with a coat of bitumastic paint to the unexposed surfaces . and painting the exposed surfaces with two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint over a coat of approved zinc chromate primer etc. complete all as per specification, drawing and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
