MTPS I - Civil Circle - Painting the existing steel ladders and plastering using micro concrete for columns in switch yard and providing MS black steel tube to the canteen kitchen chimney at MTPS I

Painting two coats of enamel paint of approved quality and colour over one coat of red-oxide primer to the steel work including cost of all materials, welding charges, labour charges, lead, lift, etc, complete.

Applying Nito zinc primer coating or equivalent chemical to the exposed reinforcement rods, applying bonding agent viz. Nitobond EP, Nitobond SBR coating to the exposed old concrete surface mixed with water and sand of suitable plastering consistency to the damaged area, finishing the surface neatly, working with all safety equipment, including providing scaffolding arrangement, cost of materials, charges for safety appliances, all labour charges, curing charges, all lead & lift, conveyance of materials etc., complete.

Providing PCC 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm HBG stone for foundation base concrete as directed by the department Engineer at site, including cost of all materials, all lead and lift, curing etc., complete.

Plastering in CM 1:5, 12mm thick for wall surfaces neatly as directed by the Engineer in-charge at site includng cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc, complete.

Providing and fixing MS black steel tube round pipe 6" dia with 10mm thick for chimney as directed by the department engineer and including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, labour charges, lead, lift, conveyance of materials and etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of outer insulation using aluminum sheet of 0.4mm thick and glass wool of 20-40mm thick for heat resistance of pipe and as directed by the department engineer and including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, labour charges, lead, lift, conveyance of materials and etc., complete.
