Dismantling complete including disconnecting the existing Transformer from 2-pole structure from all connections and accessories and shifting the Transformers from existing location to Store Yard of MES all as specified and directed.

Dismantling complete including disconnecting the existing DG Set from all connections and accessories and shifting the DG Set from existing location to Store Yard of MES all as specified and directed.

Dismantling complete including disconnecting the existing Voltage Stabilizers from all connections and accessories and Shifting the Voltage Stabilizers from existing location to Store Yard of MES all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of 11 KV Outdoor type RMU, one-side extensible IP67 type with internal copper bus bars, consisting of fixed type Motorized operated Load Break Switch-02 No as incomer and fixed type Motorized operated Vacuum Circuit Breaker-05 Nos as outgoing (CCVVVVV). All live parts, bus bars of RMU should be enclosed in tank to avoid multiple inter connections & sealed for life robotically for three sides and one side Motorized welded non magnetic / non ferrite / stainless steel tank Grade 304 of minimum 2.5 mm thick having IP 67 degree of protection filled with SF6 gas to fulfill the requirement as per IEC 60376, 60376 & 603760 B as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. The unit shall have front cable entry for ease of installation. RMU should be complete with all accessories such as Terminal boots, VPIS, cable supports, all front cable terminations, mechanical indications ON/OFF, Manometer as per with IEC standards 62271-200, 60056, 60129, 60265, 60298, 60420, 60529 and 60694. Altitude of installation up to 2000 as per IEC 60120. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting required at site. The meter data management system would capture and provide the following data: (a) 30min instantaneous data from all the meters for seven parameters- Cumulative Energy, Power, Current, Voltage, Power factor and Frequency. (b) Monthly and quarterly billing survey data for cumulative energy and max demand (ii) Billing Module: The billing module would collect the data from the meter data management module, calculate billing determinant and make energy data/ billing data available to admin and end users. (iii) Occupation and vacation Module: The System would support occupation/ vacation based on the unit categories. The system would support automatic data capture on occupation and vacation events. (Srl item No 39.00 is hereby continued as Srl item No 39.01)

(a) Bidder/OEM shall make arrangement (available a standby on site) for disaster management server make available a standby at site (secondary server) in case of breakdown of parent server without any extra cost to the department for complete period of two years.
