(a) Removing of following existing unserviceable steel components of various MES F/DB/FD furniture items carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components including tightening the joints, screwing, weldging, glueing, providing hinges,denting, applying putty for levelled surface, placing everypart in-tact and painting the disturbed portion, as applicable as per drgs. (b) Work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units of GE Lalgarh Jattan and/or BSO's Furniture Yard as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (c) Nut and bolts/Screwes shall be fixed as per site as per requirments and cost of the same shall be included in the respective items herein after

Preparation of steel surfaces of chair varandah by scrapping, rubbing, cleaning including making good of bents spat re-rusting and appying two coat of synthetic enamel paint (white) complete all as specified.
