Repair rectification and overhauling of 145KV circuit breaker at 132KV sub station Shahabad and ACDB of various sub stations

Rectification of SF-6 Gas leakage from poles of 145 KV SF-6 ABB make (Mfg.-2010, Sr. No. 15000459) Circuit Breaker of 132 KV Neri bay at 132 KV Sub-station, Shahabad. Work consist of:- (a) To identify SF-6 Gas leakage with the help of SF-6 Gas leakage detector and pole non-operating problem. (b) Dismantle identified pole form breaker structure by help of hydra. (c) Dismantle all components of poles and replace all “O” ring / Gasket by applying Ana bond 661 (Gas Sale Out) after thorough cleaning of part. (d) Replacement of pull rod for pole moving contact (e) Re-assemble all parts of the pole (f) Apply vacuum and keep it for 24 Hrs. and check no loss of vacuum. (g) Erection of poles into structure using hydra. (h) Fill SF-6 Gas upto specified value. (i) Check satisfactory close/ trip operation both by local & remote.

Complete overhauling of 0.4 KV Air Circuit Breaker (CGL Make) with cleaning, lubrication and greasing all function parts adjustment of spring tension & spring charging, checking motor fixed and moving contacts finger, alignment of arcing and sliding contacts, cleaning arc chutes checking free movement of rack, testing of UN shunt trip coils and replacing it required, relay testing checking and rectification of all electrical circuits and final adjustment and alignment of breaker as per required to complete the job satisfactory including all labour and T&P at 132 KV below mentioned sub-station:- (1) 132 KV Sub-station, Hardoi (02 Nos.) (2) 132 KV Sub-station, Shahabad (02 Nos.) (3) 132 KV Sub-station, Sandila (02 Nos.)
