SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I

Design, supply, install, testing and commissioning iron removal pressure feed type filtration plant 5000 gallons per hour capacity to stand pressure 10 kg/cmsq with catalytic and filter media (as required size and grade / mesh to obtain potable water recommended parameters as per WHO) including MS frontal pipe (duly welded) water softener, cocks, valves, (inlet outlet, back wash, rinse, bypass complete as per manufacturer's instruction) including chlorine dosing system as per requirement alongwith connected accessories. Provision of main hole Hand hole strainer including air vent system, coagulant feeder with accessories oxidation chamber with media (MnO2) with all accessories suitable capacity with all fitting fixture, pressure guages, RCC/PCC foundation as per OEM recommendations, Drainage system and connected to rising and delivery system including painting and writing letterscomplete. Make :- Zeolite/BECON/Pearl filter/ION EXCHANGE/ RMCO/THERMAX.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying cables, foundation for pole, etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming of soil in layers n. exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F GI tubing 50 mm bore, medium grade with all fittings , fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed. Make : TATA/JINDAL STEEL/PRAKASH/BANSAL/BST/NEZONE

SS & F in repairs, 50mm bore dia gun metal globe or gate valve, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with cruth or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union all as specified and as directed. Make : BIR/KARTAR/VIP/ZOLOTO/BALAJI

M & L for cleaning of alum bed, mixing chamber, flocculator, sedimentation chambers and filter bed of water treatment plant at E Block premises by complete wash out of settled water and scrapping out sediments/mud etc by using wire brush and cleaning and washing out old settlements using bleaching powder and deposting sludge etc obtained out of cleaning at a suitable location as directed at site including sun drying before recommisioning of water treatment plant complete all as directed. Note: i) Shut down of WTP shall be taken before commencement of work. ii) The quoted rate per job shall consist of complete cleaning of flocculator and sedimentation chamber including all as described above and the cost of sundries such as wire brush, bleaching powder and other tools and accessories shall be deemed to include in the quoted rate and no additional cost claimed will be entertained for the same on this account.

M & L for taking out existing filter media of rapid sand gravity filter/carbon filter/Iron Removal Plant of any description carefully and removing out to distance 50 mtrs away including cleaning, washing inside area of filter at (Main Pump House, Filtration Plant) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and leveling gravel of size 25 mm to 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and leveling gravel of size 20 mm to 25 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and leveling gravel of size 15 mm to 20 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and leveling gravel of size 8 mm to 15 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and leveling Coarse sand of size 1 mm to 2.5 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and leveling fine sand of size 0.45 mm to 0.70 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and leveling ferriminex (MnO2) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and leveling Activated Carbon (Anthracite coal) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Item No 3 to 10 finished measurements shall be considered for payment.
